All the buttons on my Solar remote work except the guide button unless I’m only a couple feet away from the tv. All the other buttons work from the couch but that one, I was sent a replacement remote but it does the same thing!

Sonos doesn’t make a remote. I believe the solar remote is a Samsung product.
