Sonos system drop out

For the last three days my Sonos system has been randomly dropping out and stating that I need to unplug all speakers, restart the router, plug them back in again. Broadband is fine, so I do not understand what is going on. I am playing Spotify through my speakers

Hi, think I have sorted it. Changed channel frequency and it seems to have settled down.
