I am getting a popping noise in my sub when playing tv through my beam + sub combo.  Diagnostic code is 1973409053.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Sonos support doesn’t frequent these boards, only Sonos moderators.
