So my problem is that everytime I choose a playlist, I can not see the list of songs within it and queue says “not in use”. Any way to fix that?

I got a new iPhone, same iPhone 14 and cannot get my Sonos components back on line. Deleted Sonos app, reset Sonos app, reset my amps to factory settings and still cannot connect. Any help is appreciated. 

I use my Sonos speakers 100% for listening to music, primarily through my music library on a stored NAS.  My experience has more or less come back to baseline from the new app rollout.  One thing that’s still missing that I found to be quite a helpful feature was the vertical side alphabet of the music library so I could quickly tap on a letter and immediately jump to that part of my library.  I know you can search specifically within the music library now but am still longing for the side scroll.  Any idea when (or if) that might be coming back?

As many of you may be aware following the launch of the new Sonos app some radio stations from outside the UK on the MyTuner radio platform won’t play using the app although it is possible to play these stations using Amazon Alexa, however when using this method the artist & track info is not displayed which is annoying.I have been trying to get some clarity on this issue from Sonos for several months and have sent Sonos support numerous emails to that end. Today after many failed and fruitless emails a support agent finally telephoned me and clarified the issue. Most of the radio stations that interest me are from the USA, in particular a station named Smooth Jazz Florida, according to to the support agent since the Brexit agreement was implemented the licensing arrangements do not allow access to these stations, the actual effect of this did not manifest itself until the new app was launched.Like many Sonos users I’m sure I expressed my annoyance and frustration

Suddenly the sonos app on my iPhone says “Not Connected, No products found” But I can still find all the sonos speakers on the Spotify app and play music. So the speakers are connected to the network and they are working. The problem therefore is with the app. Is there a bugfix on the way?  

Just upgraded to the new App and it seems they have not allowed the Sonos Boost to connect to it.  Spoken to Support and after an hour it seems that the developers have yet to allow the Boost to connect so they will need to update it.  I can connect via WiFi but if you have a Boost in your system it does not recognise.  Unless anyone knows a work round or support tells you they have fixed it.

Hi all, I have recently upgraded my home Wi-Fi setup to a Google Nest Wi-Fi Pro mesh setup.  I had some issues with my Sonos speakers being recognised in the iPhone app but that seems to have been resolved by setting static IPs for the speakers.However I have gone to check the Windows app running on my music server and it now cannot see the Sonos products (‘Your Sonos product was not found’ message when selecting ‘Connect to existing system’ on setup).  I have reinstalled the latest version of the Windows app, and have checked that the relevant firewall exceptions have been made as per the instructions on the Sonos website (they had already been made - as the windows app did used to work).I don’t know if this is as a result of the recent Wi-Fi changes as I had not used local media service or checked the window app in some time, but it definitely doesn’t work now.  I have rebooted the network etc. multiple times and no changes.Does anyone know what else I can do

Hello - I have been replacing a few of my old worn out vinyl albums with digital copies from YouTube.  Track numbers are added to individual tracks but when I add them to the queue they appear in alphabetical order.  Any ideas what's going on please?  Ian.

Having bought our first Sonos products in 2006 I am truly disappointed in how the products and customer service of this company has declined. I recently purchased 3 amps to configure 3 separate zones in our new home. The system worked fine until last month when music from our Music Library would randomly stop playing or skipping songs after 10 seconds. When I tap stop the music stops and then restarts on it own after a few seconds. I tried calling the help desk but hung up 20 minutes after what was described as a 10 minute line. The help BOT suggested moving the amps closer to the router. They could not be any closer. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hello,My Sonos speakers and speaker groups won’t load on my Sonos App.  I’ve been had this issue before. I use the new app and I have all IOS devices that are all up to date on the 18.1.   My newer speakers will play music through the Bluetooth option via Spotify and Apple Music. I have tried rebooting all of the speakers by unplugging them and also rebooting the router.  I turned the router back on after 10 mins and then I plugged in all of the speakers.  none of them connected to the app.  what is going on??  help

S2 on iPad Pro and LG thinq works fine but not on my pixel 6a. “Sign in to see your system….” is always present, even after signing in and I cannot make any changes to my system. I rang customer service, who were very patient but were unable to resolve the issue, suggested I contact Google. The old app worked fine on my pixel phone, so something has changed. cheers 

I see that in the Add Services dialog, TuneIn is listed as “no longer supported” (on mobile, Desktop doesn’t include the summary text). We are supposed to use “TuneIn (New)”, which requires a TuneIn account to work.Looks like this means we cannot add custom URLs any more once TuneIn (classic?) is removed?Support, can we get an official statement on this please?

My Sonos playlists disappeared with the new and “ improved” App. They never returned. I thought that they were going to return. Does anyone know what is going on? 

I have connected my YouTube Music account but no playlists show up.It is blank. How do I get these to display?

We used the sleep timer every night to turn off the sound in our bedroom, then it was just gone when the app updated.  One of the updates said the sleep timer returned and every once in awhile we would stumble across it but it never made sense when it appeared or didn’t.Finally figured out that it only shows up when you are playing a music source and not when using line in.  So now every night I have to mute the sound, change my source to music, set the the sleep timer, switch back to line in, and unmute.  This is a ridiculouse work around, when is this feature going to be fully retored?  This equipment is way to expensive to be dealing with an app that should not even be in production!

Hi hope the community can help.i have recently bought a Sonus arc,sub and 2 x Era 100 speakers. I have added to the Sonus app and am enjoying the system. I have a family member who also wants to use it but on their app when we try to add the speakers nothing is found. I made sure my they are on the same 2g network Sonus uses. They have an iphone and if i look for devices to stream music on from their phone i can see the speakers.Sonos mentions rebooting the speakers but i am worried this would remove them from my app.i have had a search on here and Sonos support and can’t really see anything.Such a shame i can’t just share the system link i can with other smart devices i have.thank you for your help - Jamie.

I would like to get all of my speakers to downgrade to the precious revision of firmware and the older version of the application software reinstalled. The auto upgrade a few months ago made the entire ecosystem extremely problematic. In three months, Sonos is still struggling with a ton of unresolved issues. The system is still completely unreliable, non performance and absolutely not user friendly. The application’s initial loading is slow and buggy. Songs skipped randomly without user input. The integration with Apple Music is subpar. I have managed products for over a decade. My entire product team would be shot if a release went as badly as Sonos’s release. All that I ask for is a path to normalcy and a good system that identifies with the standup and awesome brand that it used to be.  

The servers appear to be down tonight. Is anyone else having issues?  Updated the app on my iPhone earlier today and went to play music tonight. But every content section on the homepage says “Unable to load content” and where the graphics are supposed to be for services, favorites, stations, etc. are all black boxes with black lines scrolling across.  Thought it was the update but checked on my iPad without the update and same issue.  Was only able to play music in the room where music had been playing previously by pressing the play button.  None of the other rooms had content queued up so can’t select from any sources. Sonos seems to be having a lot of issues of late. 

I have been trying to reauthorize and connect accounts to the Sonos app and my account lately, but 90% of the time I get the message “Service not found” instead. I have tried everything I could think of without any success. What does this mean and how can I fix this? 

I have a Sonos Playbar, probably 10 years old. I have lots of music stored on my phone. Can I play this music through the Playbar? 

I am grateful that Sonos recently added lossless support on Apple Music. But it would be nice to also have the option to disable lossless for users who are experiencing streaming issues. I have a pair of Era 100s and Sub Mini that are pretty far from my router so they don’t have the most reliable WiFi connection. Before lossless support was added, I could stream Apple Music to these speakers with little to no issues. Now I can’t stream a song without the audio dropping out completely or skipping to the next song.

EQ does not work on my Sonos Five Era 100 after doing Trueplay and trying to increase the bass there is no change nor in the loudness, my version is also 16.3.3, I confirm that there are problems with the EQ option.The EQ does nothing when moving it, nor does the loudness and it does not save itself either, and this apparently is the case with all the speakers.Even if you turn off Trueplay the EQ doesn't work or saves either.

Add Sonos feature to be able to see the song playing while iOS lock screen is on.  Having to pick up my phone to unlock it to view song/artist every time is wasteful and tedious.  

My buddy Reno refuses to upgrade his iPhone to os 18.1 because he claims it will cause the Sonos app to no longer function and he will be unable to use his system (eras and an arc). He refused to just play music through Apple or Spotify because he is equal parts stubborn and dumb. My group chat is not a green text hellscape because of this issue. Is Reno dumb or does he have merit? If the latter, what is solution? 

Since I upgrade to latest macos 15.01 the mac cannot see anymore the sonos device.the message says “cannot connect to device”. I Updated it to the latest sonos version. It works on IphoneI tried with the support all tests without success
