Per your profile you have owned Sonos since 2017 and stated then that Sonos doesn’t work. Now seven (7) years later you have a complaint 🤔.

Yes I have a complaint. Sonos worked up until March. Not smoothly but it worked . Now it is totally unreliable.

The Service I have had from the Sonos team has been polite but nothing suggested has worked to rectify the problems.

It’s fine to be a fan, AjTrek1, but don’t be disingenous and pretend that the Sonos app isn’t a disaster.

Yes, Ferguson, Sonos is a dumpster fire.  They know it, we know it. Most people seem to get some kind of temporary solutions when using Sonos’ Tech Support, give that a try.

Sorry to say I've been there often with no success. The fixes were things I've done so many times. The people were polite but ineffective. I bit the bullet yesterday and scrapped Sonos. I'm purchasing a new system. Not Sonos.

Yes, 7 months is an awfully long time to fix an application, but I trust that a 1.5B company will eventually get there.  It may take a few more months, but I’d wait it out rather than toss hundreds or thousands of £ down the chute.

I did do a 180 on my opinion, and gone from fan-boy to absolute detractor, and there’s little that Sonos can do now to change my mind. If anything, I’m recommending anyone to stay away from Sonos; unfortunately I’m pretty invested in their hardware, and not willing to write it off just yet.
