Updated Sonos app with the most recent update and since then it has just not worked. Every single time I go to use it I have to update network.
Everything has been switched off and back on MANY times. It’s so frustrating.

I am simply asking you to provide more information to help.. well.. you.

Like many here, my system works fine and I have no issues with the app. We are willing to help others with issues resolve them, and the only way to do that is for users with issues to provide more information about their setups and networks.

I could give generic answers:

Fix your network..

Change settings on your router..

Hardwire a speaker..

Reset the app on your phone…

I also do not know if you have tried any of the above, but it may help you in this case.

Give them a shot..

More information is needed to help you with this.

What speakers do you have?

What model router/network do you have?

What device are you using to control your speakers? What version OS is on that device?

Do you need my dogs first initial and 3rd toe nail length too?!
Basically the app doesn’t work. I can press play on the speaker (Sonos move, as tagged) and it’ll play the radio but if I open the app it keeps saying it’s not connected or no products are found and needs to update network. This happens even straight after restring it all up
