Issues connecting to streaming services

This is my first time using Sonus and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I can't connect Qobuz, my preferred streaming service, and then I find out that I can't install Spotify either.  Absolute shambles of a product. Disgrace.

Hi @Ste148

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of the issues you’ve had with adding your preferred music services.

Is your country of residence set right in your Sonos profile on the website?

@106rallye has hit the nail on the head. Qobuz is available in both Portugal and the UK, but your profile address is set to the USA!

To resolve this, please log in at https://www.sonos.com/login, then on the Profile page, click Edit next to your Address and fill out at least the correct country. Please remember to save the changes. Once done, please open the Sonos app and go to User icon » App Preferences » Reset app » Reset. Once done, reopen the app and opt to connect to an existing system. You should then be able to add Qobuz to your system.

I hope this helps.

It appears that you have an older Sonos One, did you get it new and install it or is it used?

Did you update the Speaker and Controller to the latest versions?

Have you powered down your One, rebooted the router and powered the One back up since any updates or configuration changes?

We updated the speaker to the latest version.
I hadn't tried a power off to reboot, but have done now and Spotify connects fine now.

It would be good if Qobuz was an option too.

My country of residence is Portugal, I am currently visiting family in the UK.

Thanks for your help, and best wishes for the new year.

So: user error, it seems! Product is fine, though setup guide could be improved?
Hope you enjoy it, now everything is running correctly, @Ste148
