Before the app update, I was able to create playlists using songs or whole albums from Amazon Prime Music. I thought there a fix for that, but I'm still unable to. I'm I missing something?

You’re not missing anything with the Sonos app, there isn’t a way to create or edit playlists in the current version of the mobile app. However, you are able to use the Desktop version of the app to do this and it’s what we recommend until the playlist features return.
