Sonos beam gen2 isnt apprearing on app

I have tried everything to get this soundbar to appear on the Sonos app but it says it connects but it won’t appear on my phone. I’ve tried joint existing product, looking for new, factory restarting the thing and even contacted my ISP to see if my firmware is up to date and still nothing. Literally any help at all will be appreciated!

Have you tried connecting the Beam to your router/network with an ethernet cable? This would be a temporary solution, but it should help get things working properly, and then you can unplug it again.

Have you tried restarting your phone or resetting the app?
