There was an outage report for Amazon Music on the 24th, which would be the pop-up that
It looks like the outage didn’t last very long, likely why MoPac saw the message but was still able to use the service. If it’s still not working for you two, I’d recommend rebooting your Sonos system and network by powering them off for one to two minutes.
