Sonos app keeps not recognizing my wifi network and wants me to update all my products.  There is only one SSIS in my house

What Sonos products? Have you tried wiring a Sonos device directly to your router with an Ethernet cable, waiting a minute, then opening your controller? Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?


Sounds like you might be on the S1 app?

I don’t know about the update solution, seen it discussed but not paid a lot of attention as I’m not on S1. A forum serch might help you out.
