HI,My question is in the Title. Is there a video I can watch to help download music CD’s to my Apple computer so I can play them in my Sonos system?Thanks in advance for your thoughts and suggestions. Ainsley

Hi Need some expert help please! We’ve upgraded a Play 5 to a Move. Tried to set up on existing home wifi network & constantly the app can’t find the Move. We removed the bridge, and linked the Sonos Play One to the modem via an Ethernet & it still won’t find the Move. We didn’t realise the Play One wasn’t available on the S2 app - so in the meantime had down loaded the updated app. But we can play the Play One from the S2 app even though it’s apparently not compatible. We’re very confused & have now given up! It would have been helpful if Sonos had sent information on what steps are required when you upgrade!  thanks in advance! 

Just upgraded to Ventura and I cannot reindex as it gives a permissions problem.I have given ALLSonos components FULL disk access but no avail. Tried on iPad and all other Macs same issue. So deleted pathway and tried to  add it, again no avail cannot add external drive.Can run apples music app and plays fine.Any ideas ? 

Please, please give us an option to have a compact display for track list on mobile apps. When I search for sets on soundcloud I can't see the long track names. Its infuriating.And there is so much wasted space on every track list view. Make it an option please. I will happily donate my time and write the code to your standards for Android devices.

How do I exit a Pandora account and enter a new Pandora account number?

Hello everyone, recently, when I try to update my music library (Nas synology > music mac os Catalyna), I receive a message: not enough space to import all the playlists. I have almost no playlists on my itunes so I don’t understand (max 10,15 playlist with something that 1000 or 2000 songs in totalà. Is there a way to clean up itunes playlist not visible in itunes app?Thanks guys, have a good day

My S2 app says our Sonos Port needs a software update, but after downloading the update, it says “finishing up,” and then repeatedly returns an “Update Problem” with an “Error Code 1” under “Update information.”   I’ve been unable to determine what this error code indicates.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, unplugged the router and Port, moved closer to the router - nothing has made a difference.  Our other Sonos products (Beam and Ray) are working fine.   I’d appreciate any suggestions on how to proceed.  

S1 Android app will not save stations to My Sonos.  When I go to the Stations section of My Sonos, the only stations appear in the list start with the letter “A” to “M”.  It seems to allow saving stations that start with the letter “A” to “M”, but not “N” to “Z”.  I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, with the same results.

Reviving my account here to post this:My music library is completely in Spotify and I rarely listen to playlists, I simply shuffle my entire “My liked songs” list. I've done this on Sonos for years, with a list of just under 3000 songs.Now, I am having exactly the issue  described in this topic: (that was apparently never satisfactorily resolved)I'm consistently getting the “unable to add tracks to queue” error when I try to play or shuffle my liked songs. Not sure when this started, I think it is on the order of days, maybe a few weeks. Most of the time my Sonos queue is filled and I don't have to re-add tracks, and I don't remember when it last worked successfully.Of course I will get the boilerplate response, but I'd like to head that off by saying:I have restarted

Hi,My wife’s phone has been chronically unable to connect reliably to our One SL. I read that one possible solution was to remove and re-add the Plex service in the Sonos app, so I removed Plex as a service and attempted to add it back. Under “Services & Voice” I tap “Add a Service” and choose Plex from the list. I tap “Add to Sonos” on the next screen. I already have an account (with PlexPass) so I tap that, then tap “Authorize” on the next page. This takes me to the (IP Address) would like to sign in to your plex account page. I tap “sign in” and am greeted with the message “Thanks! You have successfully signed in. You may now close this window.”When I go back to the Sonos screen, the screen now reads: “Connection ErrorThere was a problem adding the Plex account. A connection to Plex could not be made.” I verify within my plex account that the device has been authorized. In this case it’s been added about 15 times

Hello  I’ve just moved into a house with Sonos Connect Amp that runs on the Sonos 1 app. All seems to work fine but I’ve been trying to listen to a station called Buzz MCR. It isn’t listed on the tunein app so tried adding the URL, but it still didn’t work. I just get silence. https://streaming02.zfast.co.uk:2199/tunein/kookyinc.plsI messaged the radio station and they said download sonos 2 app but that doesn’t connect to the sonos gear that I have.Can anyone help? Is there another app that might play the URL? Many Thanks ​

Any general do’s and dont’s for creating a S2 network on the same lan as an existing S1 network, that is to remain unaltered?I’ve got the new devices attached (can ask Sonos to ‘play music’) but can’t get the S2 controller (any platform) to recognise them.Messages like:“Sonos found on this network. The system includes products that aren’t compatible with Sonos S2.“You have options:”Options offered include setting up a new system (done that) or ‘more’.Under ‘more’, there is nothing that seems to get us out of S1 jail. ‘About my system’ just shows the 5 products on the pre-existing S1 network.TIAAlex

I updated the PC version of the Sonos app yesterday to the latest one.  Immediately, the volume controls are now greyed out and not accessible.  I have four locations, and it’s somewhat random which are greyed out.  Sometimes it’s just one room and sometimes it’s multiple.  My iPhone app is working just fine. What can I do to fix this? Thanks.  

I use S1, have about 10 zones, have a ‘connect’ hard-wired to the router, and an apple time capsule connected to that ‘connect’. The time capsule produces its own network which I use throughout the house, using apple repeaters connected via the ethernet port. This all works very well (for many years). We have just changed our Internet Provider, so have a new pre-configured router. The router works, we have Internet and, like the previous one, another wi-fi network that reaches only part of the house. The Sonos system can access Internet services and all the zones are as they should be, but I can no longer access music vis Sonos on the external hard drive. I can still access it and play the music from my laptop! When I try to make a second music library (at the same existing location) within S1, the error message is: the computer [] refused to let the Sonos product connect to it. I have tried rebooting all the zones - no effect. I cannot see anything meaningful to change in any menu.

More of a comment- opened a case as mysic didnt play, i restarted router , deleted app, all stuff i was told to do by tech for 40 minutes . He gave up. I then unplugged the boost and plugged it back, voila it worked. I read on a reddit board that this happened to another person. Now all is well

I have a playlist I have created in Amazon Music which is a bit over 500 tracks long. When I try to play the playlist in Sonos, it will only queue and play the first 500 tracks. When I attempt to queue and play the songs 501  onwards, I can only queue one song at a time. Does Sonos set limits to Amazon Music playlists or to queues? Is there any way around this apart from creating another playlist? Many thanks.

Hi,  I play a nice playlist on the sonos. Then I want to see what the name is of the playlist in the sonos app to be able to relocate it next time. Seems impossible to see the name of the spotify playlist once you play it? What am I missing, seems to me like a basic thing... Please help :-)

Hi, I have bought a sonos arc and two sonos one sl speakers. If I listen to spotify with the sonos app it uses all three of them. If i open the spotify app it self or ask Google home to play music it only plays trough the two sonos one's. It ignores the arc. I have tried to remove the spotify account from sonos and installing it again,same for Google assistant. I have also tried to remove spotify from my Phone and installing it again. None of these things worked. Since i want to use Google home and also believe the spotify app is better than the version on the sonos app, only working with the sonos app is no acceptabel solution for me. I couldn't find any other working suggestions on google Anyone knows how to fix this? I hoped that a big expensive brand like sonos have some good integrations with big players like spotify

When searching an error message unable to browse comes up. I can still play previous Amazon music listened to and account is still connected. Any advice?

S1 system has been working fine for years, but now will not connect to music library. So deleted it and trying to reconnect it say s there is a problem accessing the folder and  give error 900 with PC and I pad When I follow the steps and do what it asks on my PC I still get the same error.I had a power cut today so everything has rebooted, it all works in every other way. The system is wired and connect with an ethernet cable.Sonos is up to dateAnyone know what to try next.
