I have 2 albums by different artist (Cult and Beatles) called Love which keeping getting merged when I view via the Sonos App but are ok when I view via  Music on my Mac

On my iphone app for Sonos2, I no longer see options for Pandora stations, only see Amazon, Sonos Radio and SiriusXM.  On the Sonos2 desktop version, all my Pandora stations show up. This problem is just in last few days. On the search tab, I could put in artist name and then scroll to stations and would get options for Pandora but that has now disappeared. HELP!

recently had to get a new router and now can’t change the router setting on my Play 1. Can’t find the ‘settings’ column on my Sonos 1 Controller app.

I’ve always been under the impression (and it has worked in practice) that I could listen to different music in different rooms using the same Apple Musicsubscription as long as I was on the same network (of course, if someone was at home listening on sonos and I tried to play from that subscription in the car or at work, one of us would get booted).I am now getting the “looks like you’re listening on another device” message when I try to listen to different music in different rooms using Apple Music for the first time in my decade + of sonos ownership.Did something change?

 I’d like to play these through sonos - I am using the sonos last.fm integration.Should I raise a feature request with last.fm? Or is this something that Sonos needs to add somewhere?Thank you.

Hello,I stayed at an Airbnb a few months ago that had a sonos system available for guests to use. I had no trouble using that system while there. However, since I have been home, I’ve not been able to seamlessly use my own system. I now always get “can’t find your sonos” message when I open my sonos app, and the app always prompts me to find my find my system and then asks me to choose which system I want to update—this Airbnb system or my actual owned system. Can I somehow permanently delete the Airbnb system so that my app is no longer confused?? thanks!

Hi,for some reason I am now unable to see my Apple Music libraries including playlists in Sonos. Has there been any changes that has stopped this? thanks 

My Sonos system is working well over my wifi network provided by a Fritz!box 7530 router. I want to use the router as a NAS music server using a USB stick. I’ve followed all the instructions provided by Fritzbox however when I try to add the Shared Music Folder in Sonos I get the message: “The computer fritz.box refused to let Sonos connect”. Using the exact same access path, username and password I can access the library folder directly from my phone via Chrome. Is there a setting somewhere that I’m missing?

I would like to get a smart display screen and torn between the Amazon Echo Show 8 (2nd gen) and the Google Nest Hub. I realise neither will integrate fully with my Sonos system (2 x Sonos One and a Play:5) and play music on all devices, but is there anything that might tip the balance either way please? Do most users play music back through a laptop or an iphone, given the choice?

All of a sudden my AppleTV is unable to connect to a home system consisting of Sonos One SL and Sonos One. Found out I am unable to connect anything over AirPlay. The Sonos is visible as an AirPlay option but not connecting. I can play music using Sonos App on iPhone. But I had to relog to the app and allow it t us Apple Music again as I found myself logged out.What to do? I tried restarting AppleTV but no luck. Turned all off and on again and no luck. Thanks

Newly purchased two Sonos One’s. Set up was fine. But I can’t get the app to link to my iTunes library. Goes to link the. I keep getting this message. Any help would be gratefully received. What’s the best Sonos speaker that would allow me to stream Spotify or YouTube Music using only an ethernet port? I no longer use wi-fi.

I have my Arc and Sub connect to QNAP NAS with .aif music files but playback is terrible. On the same set-up movies sound great and streaming music from Sonos radio sounds good. Wondering if other people with similar set-ups have the same problem? 

I have Sonos equipment (amps, playbar, sub, Play:5) set up in different rooms of my house. I’m switching ISPs and need to migrate everything over to the new WiFi network. I’ve tried doing this through the Sonos app but have been unsuccessful so far. I’ve power cycled everything (repeatedly) but still get error messages or “unable to join network.” I didn’t do the initial setup of our Sonos equipment, an AV company did, so I’m wondering if I’m missing something.

Pourtant l’écoute d’une radio comme France Inter sur Sonos Radio déclenche la diffusion sur TuneIn !! Bien entendu, avec pub ! Qqun peut-il me l’expliquer ?

Hello,     I currently run 6 connect:amps to passive speakers and 2 play:5 speakers to power whole home audio.   These were set up in 2012 so all are Gen 1.   The system stopped working recently so I started attempting to individually connect each one to the sonos system (S1).  I was able to connect one amp, however the app does not allow me to “add another product” to my account without updating the app.  Obviously, if I update the app to S2 (which I assume is what the app is asking me to do) I will not be able to use my Gen 1 Connect:amps ? Any suggestions how to reconnect my current hardware since the app is not allowing me to “add another device”, the option is grayed out and when clicked it pops up telling me to update app or not be able to add anything else. Thanks!!

Daar Sonos user, Please try to explain, in simple manner, how to use Sonos S1 system and Sonos S2 system, at the same time, for different speakers, in one house Thanks, carol

I recently purchased the Wildd Roku Sono Controller.  I was able to install the app and it looks great on my TV and I am able to control the sonos, but no sound comes out. I can hear the Roku sounds when I go to options, but can not hear the music (even after I figured out how to un mute it). Any ideas?  Thanks. 

When I try to connect to my Sonos system, the circle just keeps spinning around and it just doesn’t connect. It connected yesterday I don’t understand why. Anyone know why? I have several sonos products and it happens with all of them.

The ‘All Music’ folder tracks on my Synology NAS are in alphabetical order. Today when I tried to play it through my Sonos, the order was no longer alphabetical, more like random. How do I control this?

My wife’s MacBook name has changed since we added her music folder to our Sonos library. So when we tried to play music it was not found.  So I added her new music folder to the Sonos library and removed the old one, and everything appeared to have updated.  However, when trying to play a track from her library we get the same error - it is looking for the track in the old location.  How do you get Sonos to look for the track in the new updated library?? Hi.For some unknown reason my Play 1 and Play 3 are upgraded to S2.And therefore incompatible with my Sonos 1 system.I have tried to follow the downgrade instructions:Factory reset, install S2 app, support->downgrade. App finds the speakers on my network, but when I then confirm to do the downgrade, it fails with the reason “ We couldnt find any Sonos-products on “networkname”, so we cannot configure Play3” Same situation with the Play1.Any ideas?BR,/Lars
