Upgrades rarely work seamlessly...

...but trying to upgrade my Sonos app since installing macOS Ventura won’t  happen.

This is the error:

 

Which is as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

Is this a known issue, please?

Uninstall the App on your MAC and download the update from the Sonos site here

https://support.sonos.com/en-us/downloads

Install and on opening the App, connect it back to the ‘existing’ Sonos system.

That should hopefully resolve your issue.

Probably a service stuck in memory, especially if you’re sharing a library via Sonos, but that’s just a guess on my part.🤔
