What’s the best Sonos speaker that would allow me to stream Spotify or YouTube Music using only an ethernet port? I no longer use wi-fi.

Any Sonos device, except the mobile speakers (Sonos Roam, Sonos Move) have Ethernet ports. You still need a LAN, though, you can’t connect a Sonos device to an Ethernet output on a PC, for instance.
