Hi Need some expert help please! We’ve upgraded a Play 5 to a Move. Tried to set up on existing home wifi network & constantly the app can’t find the Move. We removed the bridge, and linked the Sonos Play One to the modem via an Ethernet & it still won’t find the Move. We didn’t realise the Play One wasn’t available on the S2 app - so in the meantime had down loaded the updated app. But we can play the Play One from the S2 app even though it’s apparently not compatible. We’re very confused & have now given up! It would have been helpful if Sonos had sent information on what steps are required when you upgrade!
