How can I reboot my Sonos speaker if I don’t have access to my account anymore. The account been hacked .so please can anyone tell me what to do?

Hello,I installed a new ax3000 router in my home. All devices including my 2 Sonos speakers are properly connected via wifi and functioning. I also connected my USB hard drive to my router. This contains my music library.I am attempting to connect a shared music folder without success. My router is configured to share the USB music folder (RW perms) over an SMB connection. Furthermore, the router is configured as UPnP media server. When I add the folder “\\192.168.x.x\iTunes” and credentials it accepts everything, but after 5 seconds it fails with an error message, “//192.168.x.x/iTunes” is no longer available. The device where the music files are stored may not be powered on, or the path may have changed.”Using the same path above I can successfully connect using my mac and windows laptops. I’ve seen some others with similar problems but using a different model. Is this still a known issue? If so, SONOS when will you fix this?

I have used Sonos speakers for years with no problems.  However, in recent months I find that every time I open the app on my iPhone, the sonos app is disconnected from the system so I cannot control it.  Within about 10s it reconnects fine without me having to do anything.  My wife (also using an iphone) doesn’t experience any such problems.  I’ve not knowingly changed any settings and the only app changes would be standard app updates and iOS updates.  Any help much appreciated

Hello,I’ve recently started having issues with Audio dropouts on BBC Sounds again on a playbar “Jakes Room”I had this issue around 2 months ago, along with an issue where changing the volume on the device was heavily delayed. I factory reset this device to solve the volume issue, and it solved the audio dropout too.I’ve submitted a diagnostic “1331804825”RegardsJake

iHeart Radio app service in Sonos is not recognizing my location when playing radio broadcast of local sports game. It plays a continuous loop saying I am outside the broadcast area. I can play the same exact broadcast using the IHeart Radio app on my iPhone. All location services are ON for Sonos and IHeart Radio apps. 

Hi,I have a Sonos system set up in my house. I have been having renovation and disconnect all Sonos products. I have brought a new Sonos One Gen 2 (Kitchen) and added it throght the Sonos Android app but now when I turn my other Sonos products on they aren't showing in the same system. Can anyone help me get them all on the same system please? They are both on the same network.  

Hi, I have one location with a Sonos Connect and another with a Port. Not on the samenetwork. On the Connect I have playlists etc and would like to use this on the Port also.Is this possible? 

I’ve been through the chats on this and I am looking for an at home, drunken party app that doesn’t lag with my Sonos system like other dj apps. It’s not for huge social events, but at home I want to sync my sings without a delays. Help please  

When I connect Spotify to sonos devices, from within Spotify app. the sonos app shows started from Spotify and queue not available.is there a way to add songs to the devices from other sonos music services, which could include Spotify itself?  

I’ve added to music folders from my Mac to Sonos library. Although I can see the folders in the library, when I go into them there are no tracks. This has happened before and Sonos had to work on it for an hour over remote control, For some reason it happened again….

When I tried updating my Music Library today, I got a message that the location “is no longer available. The device where the music files are stored may not be powered on, or the path may have changed.” Neither of those is true. Other directory locations at the same subdirectory level can be accessed and read fine.

Several months ago I started to experience connectivity problems with my Sonos system (2 Connects and a Connect Amp): songs would skip mid-play; connections were dropped with increasing frequency; playlists wouldn’t download because of encoding errors; etc. The problems got worse and worse until the system became essentially unusable. I looked on the Sonos Community site and found several people reporting similar problems, but no solutions. I finally discovered a fix and wanted to share what I learned in the hopes it may help someone else.When I installed my system, I connected the Connect Amp and one of the Connect units via ethernet (over my home wiring) and the second Connect via Wi-Fi. (I assumed the Ethernet connection would be faster and more reliable than Wi-Fi.) For a couple of years, everything worked fine; then I started having trouble. When I started to experience problems, I tried suggested fixes like restarting all my devices and rebooting the router, but none of them work

Some time ago we had the ability to connect/control from Mac products, e.g MacBooks, iMacs etc… Since I work from home and I am  usually always on my MacBook, It would be nice to not have to grab my IPhone every time I want to play music. I worry that Sonos has too many eggs in one basket and I’m starting to lose interest.  Simplicity is good but folks still need options. I was willing to overlook the lack of Bluetooth, but now that I have all these Sonos products l I realize my options are soo limited!  please bring back the option to use my MacBook, and recognize the UX is key here.

I have a new HP Windows 11 PC that replaced my old Windows 10 PC.  The new PC “refuses” Sonos 1 Controller access to my Music Library.  The old PC, when put back on network, still allows access.  I have spent many hours with Sonos tech support, also with HP support, Norton antivirus support and Microsoft support, all without success.  We have uninstalled and reinstalled the Sonos app on my PC more than once, have changed Norton traffic rules, blocked firewalls, uninstalled Norton, made sure Sonos has all permissions, checked SMB, used the InPlace file to essentially reinstall Windows 11, etc.  Sonos has assured me that the Sonos 1 Controller is compatible with Windows 11, but all other tech support point to Sonos being the problem.  Am I the only the one experiencing this problem?  If not, what solution have others found other than the unsuccessful manipulations mentioned above.

I live in Australia and am now in the US.  The house i’m staying  at has a Sonos  system.  When I open my Sonos I don’t have Deezer or Tune-in radio.  I cannot login to the Ap.  It won’t accept my UN/Pword.  Tried to reset password  but still able to sign in.  I can log into Sonos online site. Can’t add TuneIn or deezer.  

When playing music through the Sonos app, only tested with Spotify and Amazon as those were the two services I am using, when scrolling all the way to the end of my Playlist it seems the display of the songs gets all mixed up. It looks like I have duplicate songs in playlist but there aren't. As a further test, I added a new song to the playlist and played the last two tracks. The second to last one is incorrectly listed but does play the second to last song on my playlist. As you can see in the picture there are various duplicates that do play the song in that track number on the playlist. Not sure if anyone has a fix or if this is a visual bug that needs to be addressed. Edit: Not shown in the screenshot but this last segment repeats itself a little further up. 

The support page for qobuz on Sonos lists Japan as a country of availabilityhttps://support.sonos.com/en-us/services/qobuzBut Qobuz does not show up on the list of services that can be added.I checked that my location is correctly set to Japan.Thanks for any help Norbert

HELP HELP HELPI set up a new system and when I select SONOS RADIO it says REAUTHORIZE. When I do it it says now you can use SONOS RADIO on your system. But when I select SONOS RADIO it again says REAUTHORIZE. I am in a loop (no error message) and can not use the service. Tried already a couple of things like restart the app and so on.

Apple Music is not purging previously played songs after grouping then ungrouping speakers.  Certain speakers will not work and a message, Playback Stopped In Use Somewhere Else, appears.  This only occurs with Apple Music not Amazon or Sonos sources.  Work around by ungrouping all speakers then manually regrouping beginning with the non-functioning room.  This is where I see the music played prior to grouping has not been purged.This problem is unique to Apple Music

Hi,I am still using S1 software and a sonos bridge as I have first gen play 5 speakers. Do I have a chance to be able to integrate my hue Philips system for lights entertainement while playing music on sonos? Or is the S2 compulsary?Do I just need a Philips smart hub for that?Kr Francois 

I had been listening to The Wave 94.7 on sonos using Radio.com as a service.  It stopped working over a few days ago.  I have been googling this and have not made any progress.  What URL and Service do I need to listen to The Wave 94.7 on Sonos?  This is for a home system controlled by the sonos app on a MacBook.  Thank you!

Anyone know a no-talk continuous classical music station that plays on SONOS

In Scotland, my Spotify connection has dropped- tried the switching the router on and off, tried to reinstall the reinstall the Spotify account but coming up with an error message. Seems to be a more frequent interface issue?

Today Sonos doesn’t work with spotify.  I see that error message at the page https://spotify-v5.ws.sonos.com/deviceLink/error(500) Siamo spiacenti, ma non siamo in grado di impostare l'account Spotify in questo momento. Ttry from PC and from smartphone but it doesn’t work.What can I do?

I cannot connect to Spotify on Sonos app,it just shows an error page.i tried uninstallling and reinstalling both apps but it is still the same. What can I do to make them connect?
