I’m using sonos S2 on PC with windows 11. The controller is running a Sonos play 3.

I have Spotify and Itunes accounts.

Just recently, Sonos cannot find all of my albums on Spotify, although playlists and songs are working ok.

Sonos says its a Spotify issue?

I cant get an answer from Spotify!

I have reloaded Sonos and Spotify, updated etc. to no avail.

Does anybody have any good news?

 

Can you confirm what type of Spotify account you have - Free or Paid. and What command you are using?


Paid account, not sure what command means?


I also have the same issue.  Spotify have just been useless asking me to uninstall and reinstall although I am having the same issue across 5 devices a mix of IOS and android.

I also have a paid account and also no idea what you mean by command?  I am going into Spotify through the Sonos app and scrolling down to albums which is where my saved albums are kept.  I then almost instantly get a message saying it has timed out and to contact Spotify which I did to no avail!! :(
