The queue displays fewer songs then the original spotify playlist. Let's say that the playlist has 300 songs, but looking at the queue, it says there are ony 200.

Welcome to the Sonos Community!
You should be able to load a playlist of up to 500 items into the Sonos queue, but I gather that you see no error messages?
I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
