Hello.
Sonos user mainly for home cinema. I have an arc/sub gen3 and 2x era 300, a Panasonic ub820 player and 4K uhd blu-rays. it would be interesting to be able to display the audio bitrate in real time on the Sonos application, we already have the indication of the sound mode used (dolby Atmos truehd, multichanel pcm etc) but no bitrate values, also valid on the audio streaming 16 bits / 44khz @1.5mbits/s or 24 bits 48khz @2.1mbits/s for example.

please take account for future update.

My apps do this:

Hello. Thx i know your application.

this is a screenshot from Panasonic blu-ray player

your app doesn’t show bitrate from audio movies.( iOS and Mac)

so you have a new idea to improve your application 😊

Thanks for giving it a try. The apps can only display the data that Sonos emit, and for TV Audio the bitrate etc is evidently not included in the data. If Sonos decide to emit it, I’ll be happy to update the apps to show it. (I might need to get myself an Atmos-compatible TV to test this...)
