I’m a longtime Sonos user but recently I have been unable to drill down to albums in my Tidal searches. I make it as far as the artist, but when I click on albums…spinning wheel of doom.

i have already rebooted all Sonos speakers and router. Also deleted Tidal and then added it back again.

Have you submitted a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and called Sonos Support to discuss it? Or, since Tidal is responsible for the data that shows up in a search, the folks at Tidal?


I’m thinking my Fios router was to blame. Replaced it yesterday and so far everything is back to working well.
