Since the new Sonos app update ( May’24) I can longer play all “top tracks” from an artist search on tidal. It will only play one song.  The same goes for artist radio on tidal it will only play the first song you pick.  Previos Sonos app would automatically play each song one after the other.  This is something I use all the time.

During the confusing time when Sonos upgraded the system, I succeeded by mistake to set the system to wake me up 07:30. How do I delete this?

Since installing the updated app on our android phones, our Sonos system has gone berserk. Speakers randomly join or exit groups; random songs start playing on random speakers; the displays on our 2 phones show different sets of active songs/speakers, and neither of those match what I have on the master app on my Mac desktop; and the app simply stops doing whatever was commanded, in the middle of doing it.  E.g., tried to bundle all the speakers in Party mode and half joined, then several of those promptly croaked.

I am appalled at the lack of quality and ease of use with the updated Sonos App.  The U/I is awful.  Definitely a step back.  Cannot add my music library on my MAC.  Why did you change an app that was working fine.  Was this ever tested?  Did you do any Beta testing.  This is the worst implementation of any software updates I have ever used.  Your Quality Assurance department should be ashamed of themselves for releasing this garbage.

The new Sonos App is ridiculous / massive downgrade and in certain areas does not work. Has the CEO or the Board used it? Per their last earning call it appears they are oblivious -  “Best of all, our redesigned app is easier, faster, and better. It once again raises the bar for the home music listening experience and sets up our ability to expand into new categories and experiences”.This company had a great product and have now pissed off their main base - their existing users. Short the stock. Find a new system. This App sucks. Analysts read the forums, play with the new App - the functionality is terrible. This stock should tank. 

Is it possible to downgrade from the last Update which is absolutely terrible? 

I just want to tell Sonos that they f***ed massively with the new app. I am considering selling all my products. I have 16 products, including one, beam , IKEA, play bar, 3, 5, Era  300 etc. I am playing a record and can't low volume, it takes decades to go up or down. Right now it's been 7 times that the same song restarted after playing half of it. And don't start with the play button missing in the Deezer option. Now I can tell that I made a huge mistake buying all my music products od Sonos. I regret deeply. Sonos go back to the old app and don't touch it. If not, you will loose a 10 year loyal costumer. 

Just when I though that thing scold not get any worse Sonos decides to tell me I need a paid Deezer subscription.I have been using the same one for years.Totally ridiculous.

How do I specify my music folder on a different windows account 

On this week’s app release and latest firmware, with Sonos app open in the background I cannot turn the iPhone system volume down to 0. If you turn down to 0 it returns to say 5% a second or so after. I’ve closed all apps, rebooted phone and opened only Sonos and it reliably happens unless the app has been swipe up quit. Also seems to be using a lot of battery. Anyone else seen this?

New issue. I fired up the Sonos app on my desktop today (which required an update, naturally). I then reindexed my local library to pick up a newly added record. Indexing finished. New record is not present. I have never seen this occur. Please advise.

Is anyone else having issues with Gapless playback after updating to 15.2? Scenario:I have been using a loopable track on Apple Music via the built in Sonos player to play sleep sounds every night for years. This created a seamless sound with Gapless playback. Problem:After the update to 15.2, there is a distinct gap between the end of the track and the beginning of the repeat making the feature unusable for sleep sounds. Fix NeededRestore previous function to allow Gapless playback on looped tracks.and/or Allow reverting to a previous firmware(Ideally allowing to revert by atleast two firmware revisions to allow people to experiment and see if a new update has fixed a previously experienced bug)

Hello As of one/two weeks ago, the integration between my Sonos system and SmartThings system was working fine.  For example, when triggering a routine in SmartThings, I had set my Sonos Play 3 to play an audio message.  Since the new update to Sonos, this integration is no longer working.  Please could I get some support on how to fix this? Also might I add that the new Sonos app is proving to be a complete nightmare to use. I would really like to downgrade. Such massive updates should have been released in a completely separate app (i.e., when the upgrade from S1 to S2 occurred, users were not automatically upgraded; instead users had to actively download the S2 app from the App Store.)

Here’s the fix to this issue:  1. Open the Sonos app for iOS or Android. 2. Navigate to Account > Content Services > Connected Services. 3. Select the service you wish to remove (Apple Music) 4. Select Remove Service. 5. Follow the on-screen prompts to remove the service from the Sonos system.   After that, from the same Account tab select Content Services > Connected Services > Add Content Service > Choose the service to be added, and select Add to Sonos.

I have replaced my Play :1 with a Roam 2.  I have managed to get the new device to connect to my Wi-Fi network. I want to get the Music library on my Mac to show up on the new device.  

When will the downgrade to S1 facility be brought back? Is this even going to happen or is this your way of pushing us early Sonos customers to ditch our units to buy new models?  Why can you not simply make your app backward compatible? 

Speakers cut in and out or don't play at all. Software is up to date. 

Can anybody suggest me an alternative to Sonos? My system is practically a useless brick, hence it'll end up in the bin.All suggestions will be greatly appreciated ThanksRIP SONOS

Have just updated all apps and desktop to latest versions. Album art for track playing from NAS drive shows correctly on IOS app and Windows desktop but doesn’t show on Android app? Have same issue when playing radio stations. Track playing art shows on IOS app and Windows desktop but not on Android app?Never had this issue on older versions of apps. 

I have been using Sonos for several years, and it is attached to a streaming service and my music library on a USB drive, which has years worth of accumulated music, including a lot not available on streaming. I have just (8 May) updated to the new Sonos app. Now I can still see and trawl through my music library, but cannot search in it. The general search function just returns the streaming and Sonos radio results, and there’s no dedicated search for the music library. This effectively cuts off my access to my own music, by making it prohibitively difficult to find anything. Please bring this functionality back. I know you want to prioritise revenue generation, but this is disrespectful to your customers.

I have owned Sonos equipment for 19years. Loved it filling my home and holiday home with the stuff. I am also in the trade and have recommended it to countless clients.  WTF is this new app? It is atrocious. I can not operate it myself it is a total disaster. Am I on my own in this or is everybody disappointed?  

Are used to be able to hook my Sonos speakers up to Apple airplay. I cannot now how do I fix this follow up question if I could stream my own music from my iMac to my Sonos speaker systems I would not need to use airplay will there ever be that ability again? 

I used with the previous app RadioTunes as a streaming music hub.In my favorites all of my channels were there.. now they are gone..  can someone help me with this..pleaseEz

After 2 hour wait finally got tech support.  The Support Rep was very unclear and confused as if the things broken, were coming across as new bug reports. Sonos product team decided they will use customers for bug testing rather than releasing their own tested product.  I have 5 Play 1s, 1 Play 3, 1 Play 5, 1 Move2, 1 bridge, 1 SUB and 1 AMP.  The Play 5 and 2 Play 1’s are used with the AMP and SUB for surround sound system.  Here are my major issues.  App update broke EVERYTHING.  Had to do a complete reset and reinstall. After I got over the anger, was able to add all the speakers bad.   iOS- trying to GROUP the AMP with the PLAY 5 and 2 PLAY 1s to do surround with TV DOES NOT work.  But the MAC app allows that, so i’m able to watch TV but i have to use MAC to control everything. iOS app is useless. I tested Android app with android phone, and that app works fine.  Also, when i choose “TV” input while trying to group the AMP with any speaker, t
