Since the new app was introduced, I for once finding it so difficult to play music on Sonos. It will play half way and then it just dropped or stopped. The speakers also disappeared, and the airplay to Sonos worked for a bit and then stopped. 
 

I thought the new app will be user friendly and an upgrade should give the user a controller that you can use easily not spending lots of time trying to find where the speakers are..  I love Sonos and have had it in the last 12 years, and I am for once considering switching to other brand if the app is sh*t.

I have never voiced any concern in the past, and the Sonos Team needs to up the game before losing a loyal customer
