Music skipping around within songs. Forward and back, almost entire verses it seems. System is 2 Era 100s connected with Ethernet now to the same ethernet switch. Gig internet with plenty of bandwidth available. Only happens when streaming from services in the Sonos app (I only use Apple Music). AirPlay seems unaffected. I had the same issue when using WiFi so I switched to Ethernet. I assumed that using Ethernet for both speakers connected to the same switch would fix any timing issues.

Did you manage to solve the problem?
I have the same symptoms in 2x Era 300 connected to the Internet via Ethernet. Only when playing Apple Music via the Sonos app and Sonopad app on iPad, Sonos on Android and the web app. Spotify and radio play without problems.
