Play 5 gen 1, Play One gen 1 and Sonos One gen 2 PC Windows 10 is searching for Sonos system. This could be following updating today. I’ve uninstalled the program on the PC and downloaded it again. I’ve pressed the volume and play button on the Play One, been told the PC is connected to my system but it still can’t find the system, it is searching.Having rebooted the router yet again my Samsung phone kept losing the system but seems to have settled.Play 5 “got lost” but is now on the system, having had to use a LAN cable.Over three weeks ago we had a new Sky Q router and this didn’t affect things. The PC is connected via LAN to the router. There is also a wifi signal from the new Sky Q! TV box and a booster but this PC is “hardwired” .I’ve turned everything off and then on again ie reboot PC, phone and router.Clicking on “System Support” gives gobbledygook.I usually use the PC so this is just so frustrating!! Can anyone help please as I’ve been so pleased with my Sonos but this is caus
Hello, I bought a Sonos Beam 2 months ago. The setup via WiFi went perfectly. Unfortunately, since this week my Beam cannot be found on the Sonos app and I’m not able to reconnect it.I’ve tried different solutions:reboot routerreset beama wired setup and change to a wireless connection...Nothing worked. My sonos app cannot find the Beam anymore. I’ve run a diagnostic report and this is my number 1611453691. I also notice that the WIFI setup option is greyed out in the app. Please help.
I have a Playbar and 2 x Sonos 1 set up . The setup works perfectly for everything apart from music streaming, when it continually cuts out.I have fibre to the home and have a physical cable from the router, which goes into a switch and is hardwired into the playbar.Despite this being hardwired, every few minutes (sometimes seconds) the track I am playing via Spotify cuts out then comes back on again.I have submitted a diagnostic (922714838)Can someone please help me, as it is driving me insane? :(
Most of my devices (6 of 8) are gone from my system and l can't get them back.
Soundbar white light not working but I have sound. Have reset but still no light? Any ideas?
I have a Sonos Amp + 4 x Monitor Audio C165 In-Ceiling Speakers. 2 speakers in one room and 2 in another.is it possible to split the rooms so I can have 1 room play music and the other off. I only seem to be able to control them both together as they are grouped under the one room.
Anyone else noticed and very annoyed by the missing buttons in v12.2.2 (at least on iOS & Android)? If I search within my services and load an album/playlist that way, I can still play/shuffle play. But those two CORE FUNCTIONS have gone missing when playlists/albums are selected from Recently Played. Which renders ‘Recently Played’ essentially useless.
I’ve noticed an issue with Sonos seemingly unable to actually switch between multiple Apple Music accounts. My wife and I each have an Apple Music account, each linked to our home Sonos system. I first noticed that Apple Music through the Sonos app only shows my wife’s playlists (Apple Music —> My Music —> Playlists). This happens regardless of which account is selected on the first Apple Music screen. It does not change when I restart the app or my iOS device, or when I cycle through Apple Music accounts. It’s also showing in the other Apple Music menus like “For You” and “New.” In short, although the screen shows that the Apple Music account has been switched, and there’s a momentary screen refresh like it’s loading, the content displayed does not change.
Hi,I have a SONOS Connect:Amp in my house. The Connect is running into a 4 channel Monoprice controller which is sending music to 4 different areas of the house; all hardwired in.Everything was working great, until I recently added a SONOS wireless amp to the system. Most of the the time, the music plays great….but occasionally the audio running to all of the speakers cuts out. When this happens, I can still hear the SUB playing the music. This generally lasts for about 10 seconds. If I happen to pause the music when this happens, the problem is solved as soon as I hit play again. Otherwise, I just wait until the connection resumes and the music picks back up.I have no idea what’s causing this, but there were never any issues until I added the wireless sub.Any help or ideas would be GREATLY appreciated! :-)Thanks in advance,Matt
I have 2x Sonos One speakers setup in a group. Occasionally during playback the music stream cuts out for a short period of time so I started looking at the network connections, I have found one speak with periods of high latency and dropping a lot of packets. This is only one speaker acting this manner, the other is fine. Looks like a slowly failing speaker but welcome to ideas.Speakers are 15ft from high power APOnly 12 devices on the AP and they are all at 98% performance or above, which means no issues with connecting to AP or high retries/dropped packetsAP is Ubiquiti AP-HD connected via 1Gb ethernet to Ubiquiti Dream Machine, averages 98% or better performance 24x7I run 2 and 5GHz on same SSID, but again Ubiquiti stats show plenty of radio bandwidth and channel capacity. Contention is not an issueA look at the 24 hour performance chart reveals the up and down nature of the speaker having this issue--again, the other speaker is fine. Also, this 24 hour period the speaker was
I cannot add my sonos connect that I bought in 2017, I followed all the instructions, factory reset, update, hard wired, etc and all I get is an error code 1008
I am unable to connect my Play 5 gen 1 to bridge, line in also does not work. The chime works when I press mute or volume but that is all. The lights flash green but sometimes are just steady amber. I have tried rebooting, factory reset, direct ethernet connection - nothing works.
Hi I have a play3 and a play5 1st gen. On the Sonos 1 app, i could play them no problems as a pair. Now when I open the sonos 1 app it says I must upgrade to the Sonos 2 app. But the Play5 1st gen is not compatible with the Sonos 2 app.
This is happening more often than not now and seems to be a common issue on here. The chime often plays instead of radio. When manually turning on the radio channel there are no issues with it starting.Diagnostic number is 1767545854.
Today I noticed that non of my Moves (I've got two) shows how much battery is left when on Bluetooth. The Sonos app only shows an empty battery and no numbers. What should I do?
Hi,I have a mix of S1 and S2 products running on the S1 and S2 controllers. However now I have been asked to do system updates on both and reauthorize my Spotify account. Trouble is neither controller will perform the update as it says I have incompatible products on each (I.e the S2 products are picked up by S1 and vice versa). and I can’t remove the products as it says I have to update first! has anyone had this issue and be able to help?! thanks!
I've seen a lot of similar posts, but nothing that seems to be a 1:1 match with my issue, so here goes... A much more vinyl savvy friend than I recently purchased a turntable for me as a birthday gift. Out of the box it has Bluetooth connectivity; however, being firmly planted within the Sonos ecosystem I went and purchased a Connect so that I could utilize the speakers setup throughout the house. Setup went off without a hitch as I've come to expect with these products and I was beginning to enjoy my small record collection within minutes; however, things took a turn for the worse about 45mins to an hour in... The sound became increasingly scratchy, distorted, and quiet to the point that I had to turn the speakers volume completely up to hear anything. I found an example from a previous post that closely matches what the music began to sound like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZlnRUo_egoE Kinda similar to a radio station as the signal fades. Being an old record, I thought maybe th

I have recently upgraded to the Netgear Nighthawk M60 wifi mesh system. I setup the wifi network in AP mode since my router is a Huwei 5G CPE Pro and doesn’t support modem-only mode. I currently have a Move, Playbar, and 2 Sonos Ones. I reset each of the speakers and re-added them into my system. I am only having a connectivity issue with my Office Sonos One which sits on my desk next to the Nighthawk Satellite. If I unplug the power from my satellite and restart the Sonos app, the One connects every single time. Once I plug the satellite back in, the One will eventually drop from the system. I have submitted a diagnostic report: #1323332556. I have seen several other tickets regarding mesh systems dropping speakers but none of the guidance has resolved my issue.
Bonjour,Quelqu’un pourrait t-il m’aider?Impossible de jouer une radio ou d'écouter TidalJe ne sais pas comment faire…Merci pour votre retour.Jean-Jacques
Hi all,Just recently my Sonos amp (older model), stopped working. One day I went to use air and it wouldn’t sync with my iPhone. I repaired them and it worked - only for about 5mins and then cut out again. It said that Sonos was unable to connect with iPhone. It happened a few times now. Can anyone tell me why? Is it my amp playing up? A particular setting not working? Thanks!Chris
Hello My diagnostics report number is: 1482044825 The left output and LFE sub channel on my Sonos Amp is not working properly. The problem started today after I did some rewiring around my house and reconnected the amp. Due to this problem I have tried hard resetting the Amp and the app, with no luck. Left and LFE channel does not work with Line in. I have verified that my PC is not the problem as I tried a different amplifier and both channels worked. The only way to get both speakers working is if I run the amp in Mono mode, but I don’t want that. I want to use stereo. The speakers are not the problem since I tried them on a different amp. Both speakers work while using Spotify or any other streaming WITHIN the Sonos app, but the subwoofer output channel does not work in any mode I try. I verified that the balance on both my PC and Sonos was on 0, so both channels should be working. Sonos AMP is simply not accepting the LEFT channel signal I tried with different cables, made
My current Sonos system is only a Play:1 and now a brand new Five so I can hook up a CD player. I’m using a new RCA (red & wht) to 3.5 mm cable. The Play:1 and Five are not grouped and are configured as separate rooms. I’ve read and think I’ve followed the Sonos documentation for setting up and using the Five with a line-in device. I simply get no sound, but the system looks like it is playing. I also set the autoplay and checked that the audio-delay was already set for 2,000ms (although I believe this is only needed if the two speakers were grouped, correct?).My CD player is an older Sony carrousel 5-disk DVD/CD player . I’ve plugged the RCA red//white into the section labeled “TV Audio In” red/white receptacles (also has a yellow RCA receptacle labeled “Video Out” next to it). I’ve also tried the only other RCA red/white receptacles set which is labeled “Sat/Cable Audio In”. There is nothing labeled “Audio Out”. There are two pairs of proprietary speaker receptacles and one “HDMI
