Sonos Beam suddenly disconnected from WiFi

Hello,

 

I bought a Sonos Beam 2 months ago. The setup via WiFi went perfectly. Unfortunately, since this week my Beam cannot be found on the Sonos app and I’m not able to reconnect it.

I’ve tried different solutions:

reboot router

reset beam

a wired setup and change to a wireless connection

...

Nothing worked. My sonos app cannot find the Beam anymore.

 

I’ve run a diagnostic report and this is my number 1611453691.

 

I also notice that the WIFI setup option is greyed out in the app.

 

Please help.

I’ve wired up my Beam to my router, assigned a dedicated IP to it, unwired it. No improvement.

If you leave the Beam connected via an Ethernet connection and check for Updates, does that improve things?
