I have previously used the Amazon Prime Music service but have now taken up the offer of a free 3 month trial of Amazon Unlimited which offers 90 million songs, many of which are HD. My question is if my Sonos system of Soundbridge 100 and Zoneplayer 90 can handle the HD tracks. Also, is there any way in the Sonos app of seeing if a track is standard or HD ?

Is it definitely possible to pair a Beam (Gen 2) with two Roams, and somehow use the equalizer to get only bass notes out of the Beam, if this makes sense. I've been told that it is not possible to use the Sonos subwoofer (or the possibly-upcoming mini-sub) with the Roams.All three speakers would be in my kitchen (not connected to any other Sonos system), and I first simply need to know that it would be technically feasible to pair a Beam with 2 Roams, and second if it would be possible to set up the Beam to primarily output low (bass) notes.I've looked through the Support questions, and I haven't seen an answer. Any knowledgeable, informed response would be appreciated. if there are any alternative solutions, I’d love to hear them as well. ty

Hi All. I have recently replaced my old Echo device with a Sonos One (Gen 2) in my kitchen. I set up Alexa and it generally works fine, but any moderate background noise renders the microphone useless, and Alexa will not react unless I speak directly into the mic. I also own an Arc and a Roam and both work flawlessly. I have found some threads on here discussing the issue, but it is not clear to me whether this is a general Sonos One problem or whether to consider a replacement unit. Does anyone have a bit more insight? Thank you.

I recently added a Beam 2 to my system and ever since my Play 5 disappeared from my system.  My system consistes of S2 App1 - Beam (Gen 2)2 - Play:11 - Sonos 1 w/Alexa1 - Play 5 (Gen1) Following is what I’ve tried so far:Factory reset the Play 5 and go through the setup process again on wireless Factory reset the Play 5 and go through the setup process again hard wired Reset Wireless AP’s, Switch, Firewall, Modem Powered down ALL Sonos devices; Then factory reset the Play 5 and go through the setup process again hard wired. Powered down ALL Sonos devices except Beam which is hard wired; Then factory reset the Play 5 and go through the setup process again hard wired. Powered down ALL Wireless devices including ALL Sonos; Flushed ALL DHCP leases and rebooted the Wireless AP’s, then Factory reset the Play 5 and go through the setup process again hard wired.  This one took me about 90 min. :-(None of this has resulted in the Play 5 showing up in the app.  I’ve confirmed the Play 5 is defia

Hi, I am using Sonos Port exclusively as Line out (no line in connected).Essentially I want to play music from the Sonos App into my PC speakers. I read that in this case there should be 0 delay.However I’ve been using it for a while and found there was a noticeable delay.How do I fix this? I’ve set Audio Delay to Low in the Port but still see that the Port is the only unit out of sync.

I’ve had my system for quite some time now, and though this issue has happened in the past, it’s started to happen a lot more often lately. From all my scouring of forums, everything should be set up correct in terms of settings, etc. LG CXThis is set to eARC and with the settings to pass though with the HDMI input set to Bitstream.Apple TV 4kI have this set to allow Dolby Atmos. I almost never have issues when listening to Atmos (usually via Disney+).ArcTruplay on. No real different settings done on this side. There has been several scenarios that bring up this issue:Switching from Dolby Atmos to Multichannel 5.1/7.1When going from an Atmos enabled movie (say Endgame on Disney+) to a Multichannel tv show on Hulu or Paramount+, the sound goes from working perfectly fine to nothing at all with no signal detected. My Arc/Sub 1/rear Ones system used to work fine but now I can’t connect the rears. I’ve reset Ones and tried the suggestions in related posts. I was able to get the rears going without the rest of the system, but when I remove then Set Up Surrounds they won't play. Once they played for a second and then quit. They automatically assume the identity of Living Room 2 and Living Room 3, while they should both be subsumed in my Living Room (+Sub, Arc) system.The Ones, Five (new), and Beam 1 in other rooms work fine. I’ve had Sonos for years and have always been able to trouble shoot problems, but I’m at the end on this one.

The Problem:I have been trying to add a separate headset to be able watch TV later at night. I bought a and tried to add two different headsets, one BT and the latest one has its own base that BT back to the headset and the base connects to the TV via Optical output. The issue that is occurring is that when I select the Audio as Optical, it momentarily will turn on and then turn off with the Sonos System turning back onI have set this System up on (2) different TV’s which leads me to conclude a control issue with the SONOS Sound Bar itself. First the system:Sonos - Beam (Gen 2), Sonos - One (Gen 2)(2ea), Sonos - Sub (Gen 3) Connected to: LG - 77" Class C1 Series OLEDThere must be a way to allow another external sound system, ie headset, to work and put Sonos into ‘stand-by mode’Any help would be appreciated. 

When I try to play amazon music on my sonos move, I get loud popping sounds. Totally unacceptable! Anyone else having this problem?

Hello,I tested today the DTS sound with a Bluray Disc via a PS4 with my Playbase but the sound is hacked ( not continious). In the sound settings of the PS4, i did opt for the dts format.Does anyone know a solution for this problem?Best regards,monte03

So the PC hosting my Sonos libraries died and I’ve had to reinstall my music on a new computer/Server which has a different name.   But the playlists have the old server name in the the path/source file info.  How do I fix the playlists I’ve created so that they will find the music in the new PC/folder.   For example, when I try to play my playlist it will say:\\OLDPC\Music\thriller.wav is missingI now need the playlist to  point to \\NEWPC\Muisc\thriller.wav in order to solve the problem.If I can’t edit the playlists I will have to spend an incredible time rebuilding them.Thanks!J

I have Sonos devices in two homes. Both homes are included in my Google Home app. However, i am only able to install Google Assistant in one of those homes. Each time I install it in one home it unlinks from the devices on the other home and I need to do all the installing again.

Got a Sonos 1, Gen 2. If I ask Alexa to switch to a different radio channel for example BBC radio 6, the device will tell me 'playing BBC radio 6 via BBC Sounds' (also happens with any other station via Tune In, Global etc) but then continues playing what's currently on and not switching. Likewise if I request to play something on Spotify, the response is 'sorry, this device is offline' which it isn't. Quite perplexing. Anyone else experience this or got any fix ideas please? Thanks

I am about to buy a Sonos Connect Gen 1 and I was wondering if I he was possible to connect my Alexa speakers to it to make the speakers not to control?

I currently have an Arc, AMP and a Move.  I have the AMP hooked up to a pair of speakers and linked to the Arc for surround sound on the TV.  I also have a 3rd party (Polk-audio self powered) sub-woofer that I’m trying to integrate with the AMP to enhance the surround sound but it doesn’t seem to be working. I use the app for that room and tap “connect sub” but the app can’t find the sub.  Any suggestions?  Are there unique connections that need to be made? 

After a Eero Pro firmware update my machine won’t connect. I’ve tried everything including full reset, and hardwire set up - it won’t find and connect my WiFi network. The setup reaches the very last step (connect to my network) and errors out and says no connection is possible. This is driving me NUTS

Hello,I have a Beam 2 with 2x SLs and a SUB connected to my Samsung TV via eArc. This setup worked well for a few weeks, but then the system started randomly cutting sound and connecting to the internal TV speaker for about 5 seconds. Then switching back. This can happen between one time per day to about once every five minutes, rendering the system useless.I have tried multiple things for weeks:The issue also occurs when streaming through the TV internal netflix app, not only when watching HDMI from my set top box - The issue seems not to have anything to do with the set top box.I have connected to the optical port on the TV instead of the eArc - No changeI have connected to the optical port on the set top box - No changeI have also tried basically all settings available on the TV and on the Sonos. Updated everything yesterday (March 11, 2022) - No change.I have run the system on Ethernet cable or Wifi - No changeMy conclusion is that the beam just goes into some sleep mode for an unk

When I view albums through my music library track numbers 2 to 11 are missing?Any ideas why this is happening? 

for some reason I keep getting the 701 error “(An error occurred while adding tracks to the Queue) with only one of my Spotify playlists,  all other Spotify created and self created playlists seem to play fine.  I have 3700 songs in my playlist and the Sonos app definitely lists all the songs but as soon as I try to play anything from the playlist I get the error.  I've tried playing the first song, shuffle, the play button etc and still get the same results.  All apps and settings are current and please don't ask me to restart my device or router.  This Sonos app is remarkably buggy and frustrating in other respects but I'm learning to live with it’s clunkiness in hopes of future improvements.   Any solutions for the 701 error is appreciated as I really wish to listen to my playlist.   Thank you.  

Hello, I’ve done some searching and just wanted validate if I’m correct in my thinking.  We are doing a full reno and I’m looking to put Sonos In-Ceiling into our main floor. I was curious on the following: I understand that I can put 6 Architect speakers connected to ONE Sonos AMP.  I know that those 3 pairs/6 speakers can only play ONE source of music.  With this setup, however, can I independently control the volume to different zones?  For context.  I have an open concept first floor.  I wanted to put one pair in the kitchen, one pair in the living room and one pair in the dining room ceilings.  I’m trying to figure out how I can (Most cost effectively) control those 3 rooms volume independently...ideally from the app, like I do my Sonos 1’s. I’m ok with the fact I can only play one source of music from this setup.It seems like I can’t control volume independently between the 3 pairs without installing a analog dial on the wall.  I’m hoping I’m wrong.     Thank you in advance.

Just hooked up my Sonos amp to my lg c1 with hdmi arc cord.  The amp and TVs speakers seem like they are at battling one another to play sound. In the course of an hour show they switch back and forth 15-20 times. Any suggestions?  It’s really frustrating
