Dolby Atmos not working on Beam 2

Hi all,

I am new to this.

I just bought beam 2. Everything is working fine but not the Dolby Atmos.

I have C1 TV, premium Netlifx and tried Disney plus too.

Tried changing the HDMi cable that is connected to the the apple TV 4k but nothing happened.

Anything else I could try?

Thanks

The only setting I have seen on my TV is this

HDMI Input Audio Format: Bitstream

I have not seen those:

Digital Sound Out: Pass Through

eARC: On

Look for this under Sound > Advanced Settings:

Is the HDMI cable from the Beam be connected to the eARC HDMI TV output?

Ken_Griffiths

Ensure that the Apple TV’s audio settings ‘Change Format’ is set to Off and set Dolby Atmos to On under Immersive Audio.

Also power off the Apple TV/TV and Beam fully for a few minutes, power back on and give Netflix  another try playing perhaps ‘6 Underground’ movie using its ‘original’ English Language format. If the problem persists, then go online to your Netflix account and ensure the account settings show your plan as ‘Premium Ultra HD’

@Rabee Also make sure your TV settings are set to this:

HDMI Input Audio Format: Bitstream

Digital Sound Output: Pass Through

eARC: On

And when you log in to your Netflix account on a web browser, go under your Profile and make sure Playback Settings is set to HIGH.
