My order for the Arc emersion kit shows backordered, Ship date from 2/25/2022. Is everything backordered or just the Arc? Can I get a partial shipment? The ones and the Sub?
Assuming there are many of us on the backorder list. Can you tell me what order dates are being filled now? Just want an idea where I am on the list.
I think your best bet is to contact sales. This is a community forum for customers/users, who obviously can’t answer questions about your order.. While there are some Sonos staff that monitor things around here, I don’t believe they have access to order data either.

I placed my order on 2/7/22. The ship date said as of 2/25/22. I am happy to report that my CC was charged today, 3/25/22 and the status is preparing to ship.

Just to temper expectations somewhat….just because on person gets shipped does not necessarily mean everyone gets their shipment.
Not a Sonos employee, but I could see that they have 100 orders for item X, but only 50 of them arrived in their shipping process. Which would mean that 50 folks (I’d assume in the order in which they were purchased) get their devices, while others wait.
I’d also be that there’s more than one shipping location, so there could potentially be “this warehouse got some stock, but that one didn’t” aspect, in which I would think Sonos would be trying to do some load leveling wherever they can. Which would probably take time, effort, and expense.
Ok, all I am saying is that My order status went from Back Ordered to preparing to ship. A step in the right direction. Was told by the sales team that they don’t charge your card until they are ready to ship and I have been charged.
