Hi. I have recently bought a Sub 3 and I have been experimenting to try and find the best position to place it.

I have tried in the corner of the room, underneath my settee and behind me on the floor but I like my current position the best on the floor by the side of my TV cabinet.

However should I be concerned that my Sky Q digibox is only around 2ft away from the Sub itself as I know that strong speakers (that are in the Sub) can affect hard drives abd there's one in my Sky Q digibox!

There’s no cause for concern.

I’ve had a sub within 1-2ft of a Sky Q box for 5yrs+ and I’ve not had any problem with the Sky Q hard drive.

Also my Playbar and now the Arc are also in close proximity of the Sky Q box without causing any harm to it.
