As per the title - I’ve had three One SL speakers connected and grouped, working fine for several months now. A couple of days ago one of the three just stopped putting out any sound - the app thinks it is playing through that speaker but nothing. I have spent several hours troubleshooting; I have dis/reconnected (no trouble connecting it to the network although it won’t play the chime so I have to input the serial number manually) and also installed the update that was available - although it definitely stopped working BEFORE I installed the update. Unsure what else to do! I’ve run a diagnostic on it and have that number, but my phone is unable to make calls at the moment due to tower upgrades, and Sonos never seems to have representatives available to chat (only the bot) so I don’t seem to be able to get help from them. Please if anyone has ideas let me know! ETA - I have tried using both spotify and the sonos radio as sound sources, and both work fine on the other two speakers still

My playbase has stopped connecting to my network and therefore have been unable to get it to function. It is the oldest piece I have in my system. I have done all manner of resets, unplugs, turned off my VPN, connected with a ethernet cable direct etc. but it still won't reconnect to my system. Any suggestions?

For the past few weeks I have started having very strange and sudden audio problems with certain content. Starting around October 4th anything on my Apple TV that was in Dolby Atmos format started sounding completely distorted. Here is a video example: https://twitter.com/JesseMS42/status/1578389336982261762?s=20&t=SgRmRpQxNQQyTZBrGlED3g I have a Sonos Beam (gen 1) connected to an LG OLED55b9pua. I watch most of my TV through an Apple TV 4K. My surrounds are IKEA Symfonisk. My TV settings are:Sound Out - HDMI ArcDigital Sound Out - AutoeARC - On My Apple TV settings are:Output: Receiver SpeakersAudio Format: Change Format: (was off, now it’s Dolby Digital 5.1) Changing the format on the Apple TV from off to Dolby Digital 5.1 completely got rid of all distortions and I can still enjoy the surround sound.  Today I started playing the Nintendo Switch for the first time in a few months. The Switch is set to Surround and there is no other options besides Surround, Stereo, and Mono. The

I am new to Sonos.  I run a vpn on my iphone all the time. However, after setting up my new speaker (Arc Soundbar) and the app, I realize that the app does not work while the vpn is active on my phone. I have numerous devices on my home LAN that have an app that can talk to them while the vpn is on.  It is a serious security concern (and major pain) to turn off the vpn every time I want to use the Sonos app. Is there a solution to this? Does Sonos plan to resolve?  In an age when privacy and security are a major issue, it strikes me as backwards that a leader in this space still has technology that has not adopted to the use of the various vpn services out there.   Any guidance is welcome.   Thank youJohn

I would like my SONOS Beam and Roam to be paired as a group every time I turn on my TV.Currently I have to manually select and add the Roam. (How 1990’s!)Is this possible? thanks!

Hi there,I'm new to understand the connectivity behind the walls and I would like to ask help to connect 2 sets of Bose 791 ceiling speakers with Sonos Amp. If this can be done, then my question is I see only 4 ports behind the Amp,  how do I connect 4 speakers? If there is any reference document to read on how to connect 4 speakers with 1 Amp, that would really help. Intention is to have all 4 speakers in same zone for living and kitchen.. Thank youVince

Hello Guys, i have the following problem. I want to use the battery mode of the sonos one but it stops working when it is removed from the charging dock. It also does not turn on when not on the charging dock although according to the app the battery is fully charged. It works only when placed on the charging dock. Has anyone had this problem? thanks in advance!Stan

I’m buying a receiver that has Sonos capabilities and I need to know where the wireless signal comes from?  Does it come from the Sound Bar or does it come from the Sub Woofer?

is the first gen soundbar eARC compatible?

A specific playlist that I have created, and listened to through Sonos in the past, will no longer play. It is an amazon music playlist. The other stock playlists that amazon has will play, but not the one I had created. It is giving me code 701.  I have deleted the sonos app, reinstalled it.  I have removed the amazon music app from sonos, and reinstalled it. Still no luck.Everything else works; spotify, pandora, other amazon music, etc.  Looking for advice!

I use a playbar with a modern Samsung TV and am looking to upgrade to Arc. The eArc means the TV remote will then control the Sonos properly. However, I also use Bluetooth headphones at the same time. Will the TV remote still control the Sonos, or will it only control the headphones? Will the TV with eArc connection mean that, cleverly(!), the Sonos switches off when I use Bluetooth headphones, which is absolutely what I don’t want!

Hi all! I would like to know how I can connect my play 5 speakers to my new LG TV wirelessly. I am prepared to buy whatever other equipment I need to make this possible but I dont what would be the best option… does anyone know? I could buy a playbar and just use that, but I would like to find a way to get proper stereo and use the speakers I currently own. Line in is not an option due to the room setup. Thanks for the help!

After using my Sonos system for several years, I am still having issues with connection to Fabel audio book service. I was actually in contact with support about the exact same thing around three years ago, but nothing was ever resolved...so I kind of gave up 🤷‍♂️ Since then I've had three different phones with the same issues on all of them. The issues varies and on some days you might be able to play simply by retrying severaltimes. On other days, like today, the service is completely useless via the Sonos app and I am unable to play books for my kids.Playing them via the Fabel app has no similar problems as far as I have ever seen, but unfortunately it is not possible to play the books on the Sonos system with this app, similar to what you can do on Spotify. When playing an audio book from Fabel in the Sonos app, there is a notification popping up saying there is an issue with the the connection to Fabel. Some times the entire book is "unavailable" and some times only certain chapter

I’m purchasing a Sonos speaker and I saw when trying to pay with Apple Pay on the website it offers 5 shipping options… free Ground 1-5 day, $15 2 day express, $25 1 day express, FREE 2 day express “CSR”, and FREE 1 day express “CSR”. When I look at paying without Apple Pay it just offers the normal 3 options, free ground and $15 and $25 express options. What is “CSR” shipping, and if I select it will I really get FREE 1 day shipping? Thanks!

Morning all! I think I need to take back a tv. After installing a 65” LG OLED B2, I found it is not pairing with my Arc SL. Neither input is labeled with the HDMI(ARC). LG’s website says the first HDMI is usually the HDMI(ARC) input. I also found a review stating it worked. Anyone else able to connect an LG B2 series OLED to an Arc SL? If not, I am afraid I’ll have to take it back

Can Sonos beam be paired with in-wall speakers (architectural) to create surround sound effects?

Have atv4k hooked up to sony 55”x950h (hdmi 1 ) and then ARC/eARC (hdmi 3) to new Sonos Arc.  Tv settings are set for audio pass through (auto) I get atmos from every streaming service except disney plus. Sonos app says multichannel PCM 5.1. The audio is noticeably softer / not as full as atmos content.  any ideas or suggestions to try. Do I need a 4k arcana?

There are a number of conversations regarding problems with TV set-up, especially with Samsung TV’s not playing nice. Rather than troubleshooting problems, I’m interested in successes.Specifically, has anyone combined a TV+AppleTV+ARC or TV+AppleTV+AMP (for ceiling speakers) where the TV remote controls Sonos Volume AND the volume level displays on the TV?  If yes, please share the details of your setup and TV make/model.Thanks

Hi,I have a sonos S1 system using a bridge and Sonosnet. In my kitchen I have a Hive heating box plugged into the ethernet on my Sonos Play 5 using the network bridging facility. Will this continue to work if I move away from Sonosnet and use WIFI instead? Thanks!

I cannot connect via Sonos app or Bluetooth. In the app it says “offline”. I can’t see it in AirPlay. I do have several Sonos speakers that work just as they should (wifi and AirPlay). My roam has been plugged in for awhile so I think I can eliminate battery or wireless charging (don’t own it) I did try powering it down  I walked through find missing products multiple times. Note that restarting my router is a 12 min task. The chat box appears to walk you through the help steps again so that seems useless. Thus here I am since the office is closed  anyone have an idea?
