About 3 months ago, Xfinity upgraded my DVR to their 4K Cloud box.  Since then, I’ve had lip sync issues on my Beam Gen 1.  I have been using eArc on my 2020 Sony Android TV.  Content from the TV Apps does not have the lip sync problem.  So it’s definitely a sourcing issue (I think).I use the Xfinity box for almost all content.  I wrote to HDFury, with my specs and they claim the Arcana will fix this.  Then I just have to learn how to adjust the volume with the remote, since the Beam won’t be talking directly to the TV eArc CEC., as I understand it.I read that the Beam Gen 2 has a faster processor, but if my eArc is not sending the signal fast enough, I’m not sure how that could help.If given a choice between upgrading the Beam Gen 2 or buying the Arcana, which is the choice to solve the problem?  BTW, I have two Ones for Surround.

I have recently bought a pair of One SL. Trying to connect it to my exisiting Home Theatre system.Current set up for HT is 1 x Playbar, 1 x Sub, 1x Amp.Amp is connected to 2 x in-ceiling speakers as surrounds. When I try to group the new speakers (tried both as Stereo Pair and individually) with the existing HT system, i can not do so.Get error message saying Unable to Connect Device. Try again.. Of note, no issues with internet connection. Have tried by turning off and on (both speakers and router) - but no success. Much appreciate any ideas/ suggestions.

Hi all!My Sonos One arrived yesterday, haven’t unpacked it yet. I live in Croatia, Europe and google assistant is not supported on Sonos. I will change my Sonos profile to USA or UK. Will it work? Yes or No? Also, I get that google and alexa is not supported everywhere but why does Sonos voice control not work around the globe? It should not be region restricted.Neven

Hi,My wife’s phone has been chronically unable to connect reliably to our One SL. I read that one possible solution was to remove and re-add the Plex service in the Sonos app, so I removed Plex as a service and attempted to add it back. Under “Services & Voice” I tap “Add a Service” and choose Plex from the list. I tap “Add to Sonos” on the next screen. I already have an account (with PlexPass) so I tap that, then tap “Authorize” on the next page. This takes me to the (IP Address) would like to sign in to your plex account page. I tap “sign in” and am greeted with the message “Thanks! You have successfully signed in. You may now close this window.”When I go back to the Sonos screen, the screen now reads: “Connection ErrorThere was a problem adding the Plex account. A connection to Plex could not be made.” I verify within my plex account that the device has been authorized. In this case it’s been added about 15 times because it keeps failing. But it’s there in Plex as “Plex for Sono

How do I transfer/download personal iMusic playlists to Sonos?

Curious if you would change any of the following settings on this Sony. Arc , sub, one SL’s.

Hi all , newbie to Sonos, I’ve finally added two one sl’s to my beam gen 2 for a home cinema set up , now, I don’t really want surround sound while simply watching football or tv which is what’s happening now, is there a simple way of just having my beam on for general tv with no speaker sound?? And press of a button for say watching a movie to put cinema sound back on???    Also the stereo pair if I just want to listen to music through my speakers only??? Do I have to keep going on the app and change all the settings??? I can’t even find how to stop cinema pairing ??

I set up new S1 system with a ZP90 that I had at my lake cabin. The controller gives the message “Bridge needs an update”. When I attempt to update, it fails immediately. I will add that the controller says (unused) next to it on the app. However, my system is basically functioning from the mobile apps. It will not function from the PC app. I cannot use the bridge to add a product. I have to connect another component to the router to add to the system. I also am unable to register any products as long as the bridge requires an update. How can I get the bridge to update so I can get full system functionality?Bridge     ZP90   Sonos One (Gen2)

I am trying to figure out the simplest setup to play my turntable on my two One SL and Beam Sonos speakers. I have a receiver but would like to avoid using it if possible. Can I directly connect my turntable to a phono preamp, and then connect the preamp right to the Sonos Amp (avoiding need for receiver)? If doing this, could all 3 speakers play the sound at once?Or is there a better way/better product than the Sonos Amp?Thank you!

Does the Project Phono SB that Sonos sells on its site include a preamp ? Thinking of getting one , hooking it up to my Play 5, and running it through my sonos network which includes two Play 1s. Will this work ?
