I have a number of playlists created in Plex. Most I can play with Sonos, but the ALL MUSIC one throws an unable to add playlist error, as does a large music one I created 

Hi everyone, After working for weeks, my Sonos Arc won't connect to my LG C1. The HDMI is the official one.I'm using the correct HDMI port.All settings are correct , and I've turned everything problematic off. Nothing will get me past the testing connection screen. I've factory reset my TV and my ARC and tried just about everything but I'm at a huge loss for what to do next. Any guidance you can provide would be hugely appreciated.     

I am trying to control the sound volume with a remote. I have tried my Chromecast remote and my TV remote and in both cases it only controls the Beam volume not Sonos 5 although they are grouped

I just completed upgrading my Sonos 5 system from Gen 1 to Gen 2 and thought I would need to return the old speakers, but the rep tells me I can keep them.  So why does the upgrade section ask me to print a return label?  Not sure they told me the truth.  Does anyone know for sure??  Thanks!

Hi Community,New to Sonos. I apologize if this is noob question. I have Roam SL paired with 2 devices, (PC and Android). When I use with PC, I must Disconnect before using with Android. When using with Android, I must Disconnect before using with PC. Is this by design?I have Bose headset which I can pause one device and listen on the other without Disconnecting and Reconnecting. (Both devices remain connected)Any insight would be appreciated!Chip

My Playbase suddenly failed to connect to the rest of my system. I have tried to reset, and it is unable to be found. It works with a wired connection, so seems to be a WiFi issue. I have read a bunch of similar problems with the Playbase at the community. Any recommendations? Diagnostic number: 1113609003

Hi,I have just taken over a series of sites that have Sonos at each location, primarily with multiple connect amps at each.The systems have all been created with different accounts, some logins are known and others are not.If we need to reset a site with 8 connect amps on as the login is unknown and updates cannot be applied do we need to remove all amps from the network and add them back one-by-one? Then add at setup we can add the connect:amp(s) to a known account?

I listened to Audible books for many years on my Sonos system. That was Audible.com. I now use Audible.co.uk. I find and begin the books easily. My problem is that the system doesn’t save my place. At first, I noticed it would go back to an earlier chapter. Now, it doesn’t even do that. Every time I come back to a book I have to start from the beginning and jump from chapter to chapter until I get to where I left off. All this assumes I neatly finish listening at the end of a chapter. Otherwise, it is chaos.I spoke to Audible.co.uk help. Of course, they said it was nothing to do with their books. I needed to speak to Sonos. I told them that I had no problem listening to books from Audible.com. They were not impressed.I don’t see anyone else with this exact problem. Anyone have any idea what might be happening? I tried to reinstall Sonos. No difference. I’m using S2.

I’ve tried doing this a few times but never succeeded in what should be a simple process.  In preparation for a trip where I’d like to add the Roam to a different WiFi without resetting it, I’ve just created a new WiFi hotspot at home and am trying to add it to my Roam.Current setup:Many speakers on S1 connected to Sonosnet.Single Roam obviously on S2 connected to same network as S1.Steps taken:Switch on Roam and move phone to different WiFi (the new hotspot) and open S2:Select ‘Unable to find your system’:Select ‘Yes’:Select ‘Yes’:Select ‘Find system’:The App finds two systems even though S1 is disconnected.  This also happened when on holiday, far away from the S1 system.Select ‘Continue’:Select ‘Select’.  I am returned to the ‘Find system’ screen.  If I select that I’m returned to the ‘We’ve found multiple Sonos systems.  Let’s confirm the one you want to update.’ screen.It’s an endless loop. I then tried the ‘Find Missing Products’ option:I get this:Select ‘Continue’:Select ‘Contin

Hoping someone can help with vinyl set up using Sonos Connect. I’ve had this same system working previously prior to a house move but now seemingly am banging my head against the wall.  I have the system set up as Turntable > Connect > Amp (with wired speakers connected). Initially I set this up, selected the Line-In and was getting no output from the vinyl playing. To check, I switched over to Sonos Radio as the input and had the smooth sounds of Cruise Control playing straight away through both the wired speaker and a separate Sonos 1 I paired the Connect to in my system. So that told me the signal is going from Connect > Amp & speakers.I looked at the Line-Out Level and started trying Fixed or Pass Through. This resulted in the vinyl coming through the wired speakers just fine, but left the Sonos 1 coming through incredibly quiet even when up to near full volume in the Sonos app.  If anyone has encountered and/or mastered this problem in the past please do pass on any w

My Symfonisk speakers are used as all-time connected to my Mac via airplay.Both speakers and Mac Mini M1 are connected via ethernet cable to the same switch.Music playback normally works when changing system audio output from system speakers to Symfonisk pair and they will work without issues, but that “depends”. Depends on that is some audio (youtube, program, spotify) making noises is still active on a computer. If I stop playback of anything for 1-2 min and try to play something again - from browser, movie - there is no sound. I need to change again output to built in speakers and again - to Symfonisk pair.Saddly I need to stop my playbacks many times during my working day I need to answer a phone and that makes that I need to each time flap the output - this is very annoying issue.My diagnostics 1781489933

This problem occurs when I am playing music via Spotify in a group and I try to adjust individual volume in the Sonos app.When I adjust the individual volume on one speaker, it affects the volume on every other speaker in the group. Also, the speaker I am adjusting bounces to different level.This just started happening today. It worked for two years without this problem.

I have Sonos speakers in several rooms.  I would like to connect my Sony receiver, Sony Turntable and Sony CD Player so that they can play my large vinyl and CD collections over my Sonos System.  I don't have non-Sonos speakers that I want to attach to my receiver, but I do have a Sonos speakers in the room where the equipment is.  What I am thinking of doing is to hook up the turntable and CD player to the receiver, then connect the receiver to a Sonos Port.  My receiver does have a REC OUT connection if that is needed in this scenario. I seem to be getting various opinions from different sources on whether this will work or not.  Is there anyone in this community that can give me solid advice on this topic?  Thanks.

How many Sonos Roam speakers can be connected to one network?

Bit of confusion regarding SonosNet - I currently have several Sonos speakers and a Port connected via Ethernet for max stability and to minimize latency, and I have a few (two Sonos Ones and a Roam) that are showing up as WM:1 in About My System. I was under the impression that WM:1 means they’re in wireless mode (e.g. connected to my ASUS router, not SonosNet), but I also have read that as soon as you wire at least 1 speaker to Ethernet, SonosNet is created and all speakers (except possibly the Roam) should show WM:0 to indicate SonosNet is active. What gives? I don’t actually mind the speakers using the ASUS router’s wifi, but I have to finally give in and update the firmware to use some new AIMesh features and based on reading around the forum it seems like the newer firmware is still causing Sonos speakers to drop off the network. Thinking if I can get them on SonosNet instead that should avoid the issue. Thanks!

I have a system consisting of 6 Sonos Play 1’s, a Move and Boost. I had a new Netgear Orbi mesh wifi network installed and now I can’t connect the Play 1’s. The Move connects no problem. I’ve tried rebooting the router, powering off the devices and turning on one-by-one, connecting one Play 1 to the router via ethernet, etc. Nothing seems to work. When I try to “Add Product”, it just spins and spins. If I go to “Find Missing Products” it identifies all the devices but when I do the “push-2-buttons-simultaneously” thing I end up with an “Unable to join the network ‘Sonos”” message. Any help is appreciated; I’m beyond frustrated.

I’ve had Sonos for several years and if you have just one or two speakers it’s pretty easy years… But I have a home where I have 7 Amps wired into my homes speaker system… More often than not some or all of the amps don’t show up in the Sonos app.  Super frustrating… And then thought well I’ll just use the wireless connection to connect into my Wi-Fi… Wow… I had to find the eight digit pin number on the bottom of the amp… Really an eight digit pin number? This is my Holmes Soundsystem… Who is the geek that decided we needed an eight digit pin number… And when you flip over the amp… The numbers are so small you have to take a picture of it and blow it up just to read the numbers.  Super frustrating… This could be such a simple system that could be completely plug-and-play… But no when you get the geek Bada nerds involved they have to turn everything into a gigantic production.  

Of course I have an Android so can't use true play but I have a sonos roam which does have true play.   Is it possible to true play my Theatre Room which consists of an Arc, 2 play 5's and a sub with my Roam? If not then wouldn't this be an excellent way to true play your equipment?  You figure this would be the next best option for sonos just means more money in their pockets.

Hello,I currently have a Symfonisk Bookshelf Gen 1 along with 4 Gen 1 Connects, setup with the S1 controller. I recently purchased another Symfonisk Bookshelf which is the Gen 2. I tried to add it to my S1 controller but it states it needs downgrading.I tried to downgrade it as per the instructions using the S2 app but the S2 downgrade tool cannot seem to find the speaker even after factory resetting it multiple times. The S1 app can still find it and prompt me to downgrade. Is there anything that I’m doing wrong or is the Symfonisk Gen 2 not compatible with the S1 controller anymore?

I’ve just installed BT full fibre with their Smart Hub 2 router, and initially, it could not connect to my Sonos Arc. (The sonos app could not see the network). I read all the suggestions online, that all seem to date from about a year ago, and nothing worked - I unplugged the digital voice adapter for the phone, I turned off 5 ghz, but it still didn’t work.I then switched the router to ‘mode 3’, and it connected fine, and is now working fine. Looking at BT’s advice, it seems that ‘mode 3’ means the router is working in ‘b/g and a’ mode, rather than ‘g/n and a/n/ac’, which is apparently better. I’m wondering what the differences are between these modes, and if, now that the Sonos has recognised and connected to the network, I can try switching it back to the better mode?  

Like so many others...I have a new router and started having trouble with my Sonos system. I’ve got a Beam and 2 Play:1 speakers. When 1 of the speakers is plugged into the router, I can control the system from the S2 app. When I try to add the new WiFi network and click “Find My System” it tries a few seconds and goes back to the unclicked “Find My System” button. The new router is an Arris DG3450. I tried getting Sonos to work on this device and failed. I bought a Netgear Nighthawk R6700AX WiFi Router and put the Arris in bridge mode. Network update is still failing.I put my phone on the 2.4Ghz network and tried the setup again but got the same result.I still had my old router so I plugged it in but I removed the previous network from the Sonos system when I first started the setup process so it was acting the same way.The system works with 1 speaker plugged into the router but won’t let me add a trusted network. I ran a diagnostic and got the number 2072787264.I appreciate the help.

Canadian user here having issues listening to CBC radio1 through TuneIn radio. It has become incredible annoying to try to listen to the radio through TuneIn over the past few weeks as every fe minutes the program cuts out to hear the”tunein song”, and sometimes ads. This is a new problem, and is driving me crazy. I have updated all apps and operating systems. Does anyone have any advise? Please.
