Hello,for a few days now I’ve been unable to add tracks to queue from amazon and spotify. I get no error message and I’m able to play a station. Queue is emtpy and when I try to drag somthing on there it turns grey and it’s not added. Also the usual ‘add to queue’ menu items disapeeard. I restarted the sonos, router and PC several times and software is up to date. usually an icon appears with individual which explodes individual songs, but it nowhere to be found.Sent diagnostics, confirmation is 1472919792. Thanks

About 3 weeks ago, when I introduced a Gen 3 Sub to my setup, I am finding that when I adjust the volume of a group or when listening through just one speaker, it will jump up or down outside of my actions.  This morning I have to keep turning the volume up as when I open Spotify or the Sonos app the volume reduces.  What’s going on, and can it be fixed? HiI recently started to see a bug in some (not all) of my Apple Music playlists. Some songs in some playlists will not play on Sonos. It’s not an Apple Music issue as I can play them fine in Apple Music but for some reason when playing the playlist from the Sonos app some songs will not play. They even show as unavailable in the playlist. Wondering if anyone could help me. 

I have a UE60KS7005UXXE Samsung TV from 2016 and have just bought a Sonos Arc and plugged it into the HDMI Arc. I can only get it to play 5.1 not Atmos.  Is it possible to get it to play atmos from my streaming services?

I am building a pool that will be outfitted with THREE underwater speakers from Clark Synthesis.  The specs of the speakers are: Continuous Power Handling: 135 watts Impedance: 4 ohms Overload Protection: Polyswitch Frequency Response: 20Hz to 17kHz Electrical Connection: 100ft. – Underwater, 16-2 Wire Dimensions: 8” (20.3cm) Dia. x 4.5” (11.5cm) Deep Recommended Amplification: 125 – 150 W at 4 OhmsI don’t know how to figure out whether one can connect these 3 speakers to one amp.  I reached out to the manufacturer of the speaker, and they were not totally clear but it seemed that from what they could tell from your website that maybe it would not work.  I suggested to them that we could simply have 3 amps (one for each speaker) to which they replied that it appeared that the speaker would then be over powered.   I guess that adds risk that one might blow out the speakers?  With an underwater system, you can’t really hear the music if you’re not under water so you might crank it up too

So I’ve been trying to google/searched forums and there does not seem to be any clear answers on this topic.Today I have an older surround setup containing one Playbar and 2 Play 1s. I’m looking into making my home smart and have been leaning towards Apple HomeKit.  I would like to know before I buy two new Sonos One to make my surround setup compatible, if it will work with apple HomeKit or not? If not, are there any way to make it work correctly? For example keeping my play 1s in the surround and buying 1 Sonos One to get AirPlay to work? I’m very confused and cannot figure out the correct way to make this work.  Or am I just better of going for Google’s smart home platform even though I only have apple products at home.  Also will Siri work with the Sonos One which I will place in my livingroom for communication and HomePods placed in different locations in the house.

Using a new wifi network (xfinity) on my 12 speaker sonos system.  Having sonos system drop out issues.  Took recommendations from previous conversations, and removed the boost, and hard wired internet connection between Sonos1 SL (or any speaker), and Main Google Mesh pod that is near xfinity router.  If I remove the Google Mesh, it’s somewhat stable. But I need the mesh for maintaining strength of signal throughout the house.  Kept having drop out problems with Google mesh attached.  On the Xfinity app, I was able to separate the 2.4GHz channel and 5Ghz channel into two separate wifi systems with different names, selectable from smart devices.  Selected the 2.4Ghz channel, and SYSTEM IS STABLE after a couple of hours.  Selected the 5Ghz wifi network and as expected dropped out.  Switched back to 2.4Ghz network and all seems to be FINE!

Hi all – I’ve searched Google and Sonos for a while now and can’t find an answer to my issue.I can play from streaming services to my Sonos One, but I can’t play any music from iTunes – either via the Sonos app, or via Airplay – my speaker doesn’t show up when I click the Airplay icon in iTunes.Many thanks!

My TV is connected to a HD machine and a Bluray player using HDMI. The Sonos system is configured to 5.1 surround using HDMI ARC. If I set my HD and Bluray to Bitstream output I get full 5.1 surround but the lipsync delay is noticeable (the audio is delayed). If I set the inputs from the two units to PCM the lipsync delay is resolved but I only get stereo sound. So frustrating! Is there anyway to resolve this?

Hi all,After some month of mixed usage of Sonos Move, I updated to 14.18 and noticed immediately that bass got boosted a lot and also I lost clarity on vocals. I can turn up high in eq but it takes high frequency too high to open up the vocals.i was really satisfied with it till now (used with 0/0 eq and loudness on). Now I can't listen to it, I feel tired ears after some minutes and sound quality got a lot worse. Anyone had the same issue? Any suggestion on how to troubleshoot/solve it?Thanks

Ok. So I’m in the process of setting up a nice patio with tv and music. And decided to go with a Sonos amp and a pair of definitive technology aw6500 speakers rated at 200 watts. At first I set up amp and ran one speaker. Maybe an hr into running it the tweeter blew. Then I returned it and was able to grab 2 speakers (one per channel) I installed it and let it playing some music at 75% max volume. Came back outside and both speakers sound blown. I just took both back and picked up a new pair and exchanged the sonos amp for another just in case. Haven’t connected anything yet just trying to get some opinions on this. The speaker wiring is 14g marine electrical cable. So i can’t blame that yet.

We have a bit of odd problem.  Our total grouped system looks like this:iPad using the Sonos App and Spotify App3x Sonos Play 31x Sonos Play 11x Sonos Connect (not amp) connected via RCA to Sony AV Receiver STR-DH590We have been using this set up for over 3 years without issue, up until about 3 weeks ago.When we start a playlist through the Sonos App, the Connect will fall out of sync and play about ¼ second ahead of the rest of the system.  But if we start a playlist on the Spotify App, then connect to the Sonos group, everything syncs perfectly.Our Wi-fi is mesh and everything is connected to the 2.4GHz band.  We would prefer to use the Sonos App for our system, and using Spotify is not the end of the world, but it’s such a strange new problem that just cropped up with out adding any new pieces to the system.Everything is up to date with the newest updates as well.  Anyone have this issue or thoughts?

Hi everyone, I would like to seek some help with regards to my sub. When I switch on my TV it mutes my arc and my sub. The arc unmutes itself but I notice that the sub stays muted. Even if I adjust my volume level, the sub stays muted. The only way for me to get it unmuted is to remove the sub from the arc and then add it back on. Has anyone encountered this issue before and have you been able to resolve this? 

I can see this has been asked a number of times in the past but recently a large number of tracks in my Apple Music Playlists appear to be greyed out on the Sonos App and will not play.  They work fine on Apple Music on the phone and my Mac. I have tried removing and adding the account again, I have also reauthorised but neither of these worked, I really want to avoid recreating all of the playlists. I have tried using the online chat but that has been nothing but trouble, the final straw was when I finally got through to an agent they said they would review the case and get back and then after a couple of minutes they had not got back to me and the conversation was automatically ended as it had been idle too long

Hi,Since a week Google Assistant does not want to play my music from spotify via the command "Hey Google". Each time it tells me: "I can't play this content on this device but you can play it on another device" (I’ve a Chromecast).I can however send the music from the spotify app or via my laptop.Spotify premium is well present in the sonos app. Sonos is well taken over in the Google Home app.I have re-authorized spotify on both apps but no change...I can't identify the source of the problem? Hi What is the correct connection order to connect my TV to a Firestick 4kMax, 4k Bluray Player and the Sonos Beam Gen 2 so that everything is using the arc connection?  And everything is connected at the same time?  currently I can’t seem to do it without havinf to swap out the firestick with the blu-ray player.ThanksDan  

I don’t have an Amazon Unlimited subscription, but I do have Prime. I also have quite a lot of purchased music, mostly gained automatically through buying the CDs but also a few I have purchased digitally through Amazon music.Now, when attempting to play these purchased albums through Sonos (S1), clicking on them does not display the tracks. Attempting to play them does not add them to the queue (it shows as “Not In Use”) and the tracks are played in a random shuffled order.

We have used the Sonos skill on our Sonos One for the last year or so and generally it works well.Lately I have had to disable and re-enable the skill every month or so to keep it working.Now it does not work at all, even removing the Alexa voice command, disabling the skill, re-enabling the voice command and re-enabling the Sonos Skill will not get music playing reliably.It works for one song and then just stops.  Skip does not work.This is a skill we use *every* day and it is hugely annoying that it no longer works.It does not appear that the skill has been updated in years, can someone PLEASE sort it out?I have run through all the troubleshooting, including checking for system updates on our Sonos environment … we have made considerable investment in Sonos equipment over the years.Thanks,John.

I had a week of outage of my broadband provider. They replaced my cable modem (router configured as a modem). All fixed eventually..NO changes to the wifi router and everything else has reconnected fine.  BUT. On the sonos app, I had no devices. My playbase was droping sound every few seconds even though it was working together with the rest of the surround sound. I could not control anything. I did a factory reset on 2 x Sonos 1s, my sub and playbase. It took 2 or 3 attempts to get them to connect, but eventually I was able to add the two 1s and the sub in the Lounge “room” in the app. Then I added the playbase - this took 7 or 8 attempts until it eventually worked. I added it to the room Lounge. Thought I had success. When I went to the app again, the playbase was showing as being in “Lounge 2” while the two 1s and the sub remained in “Lounge”. When I try to change the room for the Playbase to Lounge, it does not appear on the list and when I try to reassign the 1s and sub from Loung

I own a Beam2 connected with my LG OLED TV via eARC.I have a problem… If I choose to hear from TV speakers or BT headphones, after I choose it from the TV, Beam2 retake the control and the sound exit from there and not from TV speakers or BT headphones I choose…In other words, I can choose to hear from TV speakers or BT headphones only if disconnect the Sonos Beam2 from the TV…Do you think it is acceptable????

Hello Everyone,I need your help, since the 14.18.1 update, the localization function in the Sonos app on iOS is missing.Since this last update, I have a lot of problem with my local library on my WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra.Sometimes this library disappears and I must to update manually the library in the Sonos app. I have no modified the initial configuration but the problems are there.Thank you forward for your time and kind regards.

I have removed my account and re-added it multiple times and the plylists still do not show up.  Just gives the message "Unable to browse music"  All other browse options work in LivePhish on Sonos except for My Playlists.   Someone please look into this as not being able to play your playlists is frustrating.
