Sound bar working not base or both shelf speakers.  How do i get them to work

Best answer by Corry P

Hi @Royal007

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Your entire system is currently offline. If you have an Ethernet cable connecting your Playbar to your network, please check both ends are still connected, or replace it.

Otherwise, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and take you through some troubleshooting steps.

I hope this helps.

Did you add the Sub and surrounds to the Arc/Beam/Ray?

You’ve not given much information yet.

Did the system work and now has stopped working? Is this a new system? Are you using Ethernet cabling or running on wifi, or SonosNet? Which speakers do you have? Are you getting any error messages?

And are these “shelf” speakers Sonos speakers, or powered by a Sonos Amp?
