I just upgraded to S2 and made a couple room groups, but typo’d and mis-selected some speakers. Is there any way to edit and/or delete a room group in the S2 app (Android or Windows)?

Is the wallmount for the Playbar and the Arc the same?

Will there be a new Windows app for S2? Will the current Windows app still work if I upgrade to S2?

I had an order in with John Lewis which I hadn’t received confirmation on… after calling this is now showing out of stock so cancelled order to look elsewhere for a launch day delivery. Looks like the launch has been pushed back a week to the 19th June??

I have multiple devices from multiple manufacturers that support the Amazon Alexa Drop In feature, will the Sonos One be getting this feature soon?

Does anyone know the bitrate that the new sonos radio curated playlists, ie the new Thom Yorke one, are streaming at? Why can't sonos just add a bitrate to the player and save having to email support all the time! Its such an omission for streaming player. With modern internet there is no excuse for less than 320 streaming in my view.

As the ZP90 is being bricked very soon, does anyone know if the Port is bit-perfect?

I took delivery of my shiny new Sonos Arc yesterday. I’ve installed it and plugged the HDMI into the correct HDMI port (port 2) on my LG C9. I’m getting fantastic Atmos from the Netflix app etc however…..as soon as I plug my Sky Q box into HMDI port 1, my tv defaults to the internal speaker and won’t allow me to change the setting back to the HDMI ARC output until I disconnect the Sky Q box. Any ideas? Thanks

I’ve set up a s2 system with a Boost on my LAN and this works. I wish to set up a separate S1 system for a Gen 1 Play 5 with a Bridge on the same LAN however this is proving difficult. Is it possible to have two separate S1 and S2 systems on the same LAN both using sonosnet, one via a Boost and one via a Bridge?

I recently purchased the Sub Gen 2 about 6 months ago. I plan to one day purchase the new upcoming Sonos Arc soundbar. With the new Sub Gen 3 releasing, does this mean I will not be able to use the Sub Gen 2 with the new Arc soundbar to create my home theater surround sound?

What I’m hearing so far about the S2 software is making me really think about updating my remaining legacy products - especially the potential about supporting high-res audio.    That said, my remaining concern has been the song limit - I’ve been relying on a DLNA server and now, as a better option, have migrated to Plex because my music collection is way larger than that.    Curious, is S2 also going to raise this limit?   It would be nice to be able to simplify my setup by getting rid of the servers.

In order to save songs I started using the “My Sonos” menu at the lower left bottom of the page. With me so far? I did not import playlists or anything from iTunes I would simply play a song and using the three little dots, save the song to “My Sonos.” My Sonos has a limit to the number of songs you can save. That is now full. I saved the songs using Napster to stream. I have since started using Tidal and no longer use Napster. Since Sonos doesn’t play a saved song from a deleted service, I thought I would delete the individual songs and replace them with Tidal versions. ( I realize I could just start Napster again) There appears to be no way to delete the songs?  Have looked through Sonos help Libraries and can find nothing. Why isn’t delete, an option in the 3 little dots menu? Again, nothing imported from iTunes or my Mac. Simply saved songs In Sonos that can’t be deleted. Do I have to start Napster again to be able to delete the songs? This is a basic set up using Play 1s and a

I’m wondering if before I update my system to the S2 whether certain products which are compatible at present will cease to be supported on it in the future? I have a number of Play 3s which are a relatively old product now in the Sonos line up. Is it possible Sonos would not provide updates for them forcing me to upgrade or would they come up with S3 and exclude older products from that?

I recently acquired a Sonos Move, which has replaced a Play 1 in our dining room. We have so far used it predominantly moved into the bathroom as needed and for occasional dinner background music in the dining room. It’s always connected to Wifi - not yet used the Bluetooth functionality. We will also be using it on the patio when/if the UK weather improves in the summer. (also on Wifi but may need to use Bluetooth if kids want to take it down the end of the garden.  We’ve had it a few weeks and I’m reasonably happy with it. When not used in the bathroom it has always been kept on it’s charging base. Recently though I have noticed in the app that it never gets to 100% charge, always stopping at 95%. On the odd occasion, it has shown 100% in the app for around 1 second then changes to 95%. I should point out that I don’t have voice services active but I do keep the mic on for auto true play. So - is this normal battery behaviour? Should I take it off the charger for a while? I’m a litle

I’ve been trying to play the Roger Waters The Wall Atmos track off of my PS4 but I’m only able to get 2.0 stereo sound. The TV is set to passthrough audio and the PS4 to Bitstream (Dolby). Anyone one been able to successfully get Atmos with the PS4 and the Arc?

Hi - I’ve just installed the Arc on HDMI3 (Arc) on my Sony KD77a1  I’ve fired up a film on the AppleTV - The film is Coded with Dolby Atmos - and yet I’m not convinced I’m actually getting Dolby Atmos. When I look into the system settings it says Stereo 2.0 on the Arc and nothing on the Surrounds (Play:3 and Sub) - and is expect that to say Dolby Atmos… I’ve checked the HDMI settings on the Sony TV - all looks fine. Would I expect to see Dolby Atmos on the Sonos System Info if all was working?    I know this product is super new - but does anybody have any pointers as to what might be wrong?

Hello, Does anyone know if there is a cosmetic repair service for the Sonos move please?  Thanks.  (picture attached)

I have Sonos set up through the house, various ones, a connect hooked up to an AV reciever and a Sonos amp in the dining room driving a pair of Tannoy DC6T SE floorstanding speakers. Im having problem with the sound from the amp. Im getting clarity in the mids and highs, however the bass response is dissapointing. It sounds muddy with no definition at all. Certain low frequencies override others and seem to be clashing. I replaced the amp with the AV receiver and it sounds good. When moving the sonos amp to drive a set of kefs in the living room im getting the same problem, lack of clarity in bass and an overall disappointing sound.   The DC6T SEs are wired using 4 core cable, 4 wires from each output on the sonos amp to LF terminals and HF terminals on each speaker. I am streaming tidal, deezer and spotify from the Sonos app, and have also tried using an external dac into the line in using audirvana on mac. No luck on anything. Ive played with the EQ and tried loudness, have also

I recently moved into a house that has several Sonos Connects. How do I figure out what “generation” they are?   I’m asking because I’m trying to determine if my products are compatible with the just-released software updates.

First Post, hope you can help. I have a Sonos ARC on order at the moment, does anybody know the length of the power cable and the HDMI cable supplied please, and also more importantly if the HDMI cable is a high speed one able to cope with EARC inputs and higher bandwidth? Don't fancy installing cables and then having to replace so any guidance would be good. Thanks in Advance

I received my Arc yesterday and initial impressions are...poor. The bass performance is much, much worse than even the $150 vizio soundbar it replaces (and worse than every other Sonos product I own). The woofers sound like they are bottoming out and rattling during any music or TV that has even a slight amount of bass. Has anyone else noticed the same? I am not sure if this is a possible hardware defect or whether all Arcs exhibit this behavior.  Try, for instance, watching the opening credits from “Dirty Money” on Netflix. It’s theme song is by Run the Jewels and it sounds atrocious on the Arc. Almost as if the woofers are being asked to play far beyond their capabilities (despite the volume at 35-40% and the Bass EQ being flat). I sincerely hope mine is defective and that this isn’t just the performance we should expect from the Arc.   Thanks

When you have traded up your Leacy product, and the credit is on your account. If you then sell the device and the new owner adds it on their system/account , dues the credit stay on your account or transfer to them?

Hi, Hopefully you can help out - I’ve searched high and low for an answer but can’t find it.  I have a number of Sonos speakers dotted around 5 rooms of the house (Play:1’s and Play:5’s). I’m seriously considering buying the Sonos Home cinema setup with new Arc, Sub and 2 surrounds but want to know something first. Will it allow me to: Watching for example a concert on YouTube through the TV and Home cinema setup, can I ‘group’ other rooms with the HomeCinema setup to hear that music in sync around the house?  And similarly, if listening to music in some of my 5 existing rooms, can i also select the HomeCinema setup and hear the music from that as well? Thanks, Jonny

Apparently we are getting a brand new app and OS for our Sonos kit later this year. Does it mean Playbar will eventually get DTS support?

After downloading and installing today’s new app release, every time I launch the app it asks me to turn on Bluetooth to access accessories, but I don’t understand why since none of my Sonos speakers have Bluetooth. If I turn it on the banner goes away in future launches, but if I turn off Bluetooth, it again asks for me to turn it on during launch.  This is annoying and I don’t know why it needs Bluetooth turned on, does anyone know why this is happening? Btw the version is 11.1
