Hola! Hay alguien con este problema?He conectado la barra al TV por el puerto HDMI ARC, he configurado el TV en configuración experta "Modo HDMI-eARC = Automatico" y he activado compatibilidad con Dolby Atmos". Formato de audio de salida Automático. Tambien he habilitado el protocolo Anynet+(HDMI-CEC) A traves de la app de netflix en el TV consigo ver el simbolo de dolby atmos en las descrippciones de las peliculas. Tengo el plan UHD de netflix. Cuando inicio la pelicula, con la pista de àudio dolby atmos, en la app de sonos me dice q estoy reproduciendo “ dolby multicanal pcm 5.1” y no me aparece Nada de Dolby atmos” Alguien que haya podido solucionar el problema??Gracias!!!

This hasn't been a issue in the past but ever since I upgraded my LG C2 to new OS it is not a problem. Now with Playstation 5 not even powered on, if the HDMI is plugged in for Playstation my Sonos drops for the TV. Making me have to set up tv again. I am going upload my logs and see if I can get some help. 

I have a new living room where I have promised my wife that we will not have a TV…. she said nothing about a hidden projector and screen…. I have some speakers and Sonos components laying around that I can use, and I was wondering will this work to set up a 4.1 Surround system?  (Thanks ChatGPT for the Diagram 🤓)

Long but narrow room 17ft x9ft my seating position is 6ft away from sound bar and TV, my sofa is up against the wall so rears would be about 7or 8 inches behind me.So my set up Will be the arc and gen 3 sub and I'm thinking of getting the era 100's as rear suround, will the sound bar drown the rears out or will I still achieve suround sound.

Hello everyone, My current set up: Sonos Arc SL, Apple TV (latest gen) and an LG OLED65CXPUA. I also have the latest HDMI cables. Issue: TV will turn off randomly at times, most notably when watching YouTube TV. Sometimes it will make a buzzing noise and the TV turn itself off and at times it will take a couple minutes to come on. Other instances it will come back on in 30 seconds. I have tried everything under the sun to try and fix this issue. Turned off CEC, turned off EARC, switched HDMI cables and even ports, power cycle, etc. I’ve come across other TV such as Sony and Samsung having similar issues even without an Apple TV. Was there a recent update that broke something with the connection with other devices? This makes watching anything almost unbearable.  I would say within an hour of watching TV the does its little reset at least twice and as much as 4 times. If anybody has a solution or a possible way to roll back a certain update please let me know. Thanks.

My home theater setup: a 2018 Samsung TV — with ARC only, an Apple TV 4K, Sonos Arc, a Sonos sub and a pair of Era 300 rear speakers. What is currently the best ARC/eARC converter to enable full Dolby Atmos audio and video? Secondarily, which ARC / eARC converter provides the best value - features, functions and ease of use?

I own a Sonos arc and sub 3, I’ve rebooted them because my sub was not connecting with the arc. Now I got both on the same WiFi, however, while trying to set up surround sound, it’s staying that “I need 2 compatible speakers to make surround sound. Make sure your products are powered on and connected to WiFi.”  I’ve googled, searched YouTube and can’t find any resolution to my issue. Hope someone is able to help.  thank you

This is probably quite a basic question, so thanks for help in advance.Set upI currently have two Era 100s in stereo. I’m considering getting a Beam (gen 2) and a mini sub, and also an extra Era 100 for a different room. Questions1) What set up do in need if I want to use the Era 100s as rear speakers for TV, but have a stereo set up for listening to music? How exactly will music through Apple Music work in this set up?  2) I presume it is easy to then have a Era 100 in a separate room so that the living room set up (era 100 x2, Beam and mini Sub) and the separate room Era 100 as a separate speaker such that the same music plays in both rooms, but either system can be switched off.  3) In the living room I want the Era 100 as rear speakers. However, one of those is currently connected via a line-in to a record player so its location is fixed and not in a good position to be a rear speaker. I can’t really move the record player. Any suggested solutions to this? thanks for any help/sugge

Trying at add a pair of Symfonisk bookshelf speakers as surrounds to my Beam. I set them up and confirmed they were working individually. Then I tried adding them as surrounds.I go thru the setup and it fails saying “There is a problem adding your surrounds. Check the network connection and make sure your products are powered on. Try again.” They are powered on and network is working fine (could play music up until starting the setup).Pressing “Try again” instantly gets the same error. If I exit the setup, the Living Room (where the Beam is) now says “Living Room (+?+?)” and I have “Remove Surrounds” in the rooms menu. I tried playing something in 5.1 but no sound is coming from them. The 2 Symfonisks are also now gone from my system and I need to factory reset them to get them to appear in the app again.How do I setup the surrounds properly without error?

So Samsung has sent out an update (1402)Hopefully it will help those who have problems with their ARC or Playbar.. I had to download it from the Samsung website as my TV said there were no updates..I'm looking at the update and see if there are any changes or if it's just "improvements"..For my part, I've had some lip-sync problems (Playbar), so that must be tested as well :)

I have just bought a new Samsung TV and it connects and works ok with my Sonos Playbar, connected via an optical cable. The TV smart remote will not however control the volume on the Sonos Playbar. I think that the only way for this to work is via the HDMI/ARC connection. The Playbar however doesn’t have an HDMI connector. Can anyone suggest any way of solving this, (other than upgrading to a Sony ARC!)? Is there an Optical to HDMI adapter out there that might work to solve this?

As the title says - I am having issue getting ATMOS to passthrough Samsung QN75Q7DRAF to SONOS Arc from Sony - UBP-X800M2 The Samsung does NOT have eArc only Arc - I had an AppleTv 4K which I discovered will not pass ATMOS through to reg arc only eArc - anyone know if the Sony has the same issue?   I have searched other threads and made the changes on the Sony Blu-Ray and still no luck Built in TV Apps like AppleTV/Disney etc DO send ATMOS mix to the Sonos Arc, and if I use Sonos App, I get ATMOS from both AppleMusic or Amazon Music. This all frustrating because I am trying to go more minimalist and got rid of a Denon AVR3500, Polk floor standers & center channel and an Outlaw LFM-x1 sub to go all Sonos - Really going to suck if the TV is the now the weak link in the chain! I don't see any updates that were made by Samsung to upgrade the ARC port to eARC (if even possible) Is there any kind of adaptor that could fix this? 

I have an XGIMI horizon pro 4K projector and newly bought a Sonos Ray. How can I connect my connector with the Sonos Ray sound bar wirelessly?  I just did some research, and it sounds like Sonos Ray doesn’t support bluetooth. Is there any alternative way?

Are there any plans to add more than just two speakers to surround? This feels really limiting for some rooms. 

I have just swapped over from a LGTV C9 to a LG TV B3 I thought the setup was the same but Ive got no sound to Sonos beam on the optical port has anyone else had the same issue 

Hi allI recently purchased Samsung S95c which has the OneConnect Box.I have a combination of Sonos Arc and 2 Sonos One for rear sound.I have Sonos Arc connected via HDMI 2.1 AUDIOQUEST Pearl 48 cable to the HDMI 3 eARC port on the Samsung OneConnect box. I enable the eARC function and it works at the beginning. After some time, sound drops out and TV goes to TV sound. After a couple of seconds it goes back to eARC. If I disable eARC, this does not happen.TV is running latest SW 13.10.3 and Sonos Arc is running 15.11.I have also tried with HDMI cable that came with Sonos Arc and it had the same issue.Has anyone been able to resolve this? Thanks

I just received the Ray bar. My television is an older Samsung that does not have an optic cable connection. Does anyone know of any solutions? I’ve found an optic connector with RGB connectors and wonder if anyone is aware of something similar as a solution? Thanks!!

I have an Arc and the mic turns on and off without warning at random times. It makes a tone every time this happens. It does it with music or the tv. I called sonos and got a replacement, but that didn't fix the issue. How is this happening with a capacitive touch button when nothing is touching it? Is the device just designed horribly and there is no fix?

I have seen this issues in many forums where Sonos ARC is not able to play Dolby Atmos content from Apple TV (3rd Gen) or other devices like roku, xbox etc. Not that there is a sizable population struggling to find a solution this problem. With the rumours building of an upcoming Video Streaming Set Top Box or Stick, I'm really excited about the potential this device could bring.  My feature request is, if Sonos do launch a Set Top Box or Stick, that it enables Wireless connection to Sonos devices (no need to connect Soundbar by HDMI). I also really hope it opens up the option to not have to use a Soundbar at all for Home Cinema and be able to wirelessly connect Sonos Speakers instead.egFront Left One/100/300, Front Right One/100/300Rear Left One/100/300, Rear Right One/100/300 I use Sonos for Music so prefer the stereo separation of 2 Sonos Speakers over a Sonos Soundbar. But would like the option to use the Speakers for my TV Audio aswell. Currently not an option. Please Sonos, utilise your introduction of video hardware to its full potential and provide us with the above functionality.
