i always unplug my devices when going on a longer trip.
I plugged in the power and nothing happend, after a hour or like the beam ia getting warmer (bottom). It seams to me its damage.

If you have no status light showing, it has almost certainly suffered an internal failure. Unfortunately it’s not unusual for this to happen to any electronic device that is switched off for the first time in a long time (typically it’s caused by a breakdown within one or more of the power supply capacitors, but there are other ways that it can fail).

If it’s out of warranty, it may still be worth contacting Sonos Customer Service, as apparently they may offer a discount off the price of a replacement unit - worth a try if you intend to stick with Sonos.
