When connecting Era100 to TV. I only get the background music and NOT the voice. .. Why and How to fix it?

Are you using a pair of Era 100s as surrounds with a Beam? If so, it is normal for dialog to only play out of the sound bar and not the surround speakers. This is how audio tracks are typically mixed as the person speaking is most often on the screen in front of you, not behind you. So there is nothing to fix.

yes I do have 2 Ear 100 speakers.
. what happens if I use one speak only?
. Is it ok for NOT to connect the speakers as SURROUND?
