How do I set up/connect 2 tv's to one sound bar (sonos arc), one sub, and additional speakers?

I am building a patio that will house 2 TV’s (most likely Samsung), and the wall are open so I can still run all the cables I need to make the system work. How do I set up/connect 2 tv's to one sound bar (sonos arc), one sub, and additional speakers?
