Hola, estoy intentando añadir el servicio de Amazon Music en la APP de SONOS, pero no aparece en la lista de servicios disponibles. Tengo 2 cuentas en SONOS, desde un dispositivo asociado a una cuenta si aparece y puedo seleccionarlo, pero desde otro dispositivo asociado a otra cuenta no se muestra.

Is there a way to get the Sonos app to do volume leveling with my music library. Right now I have to constantly adjust the volume on different songs.

Has anyone been able to get TuneIn (New) to work on their Sonos system? I have registered for the new app and rebooted my system, but it still doesn’t work. This is incredibly frustrating. We listen to local radio streamed through our Sonos for about two-thirds of the day. If anyone has any suggestions about how to listen to terrestrial radio, I would appreciate it. For now, I guess we’ll be streaming through directly through the stations’ web apps. 

With Stitcher service ending August 29, 2023, how do I import the OPML file into Sonos (OS S2) that Stitcher created?

Hi Guys I have 56 albums saved to My Sonos... I can't add anymore. Why is there a limit to the number of albums stored in My Sonos? 56 isn't very many... Is there a plan to extend the available slots? Best wishes Phil

Are sonos going to fix this problem it i so disappointing and infuriating 

Suddenly, only 2 locations out of 5 are showing in my android app. They all show on my desktop and I can control them from there. I’ve restarted the phone several times but only recovered 1 location (only 1 showed initially). I’m kind of at a loss as to what to do from here to bring the locations back. Any thoughts?

When I play a Spotify song thru the Sonos app and put it on repeat 1 (repeat that one song) it keeps starting the song over and over after about 10 seconds each time, it never ends. I saw some old posts about this same issue but they were all closed and I didn’t see any resolutions or updates that fixed it. Is this still an issue? Anyone have a solution or update on this?

Its intermittent, but sometimes the SMAPI endpoint returns “the spotify service is unavailable”. Sonos status page doesn’t know this.

I just re-subscribed to Sirius XM and now  keep getting the error that the connection has been lost. It will play all our other channels and music subscriptions, like Pandora and YouTube Music just fine, but it won’t stay connected to the SiriusXM, despite uninstalling and reinstalling the Sonos SiriusXM app. What else can we do to fix it?Thank you!

This seems to be a common problem but the common suggestions won’t fix mine. I had to re-install Windows 10 recently, along with all programs. I downloaded and installed the Sonos application in order to play my music library from the computer, properly set all firewall exceptions, etc., and my computer cannot find my “Sonos product”. The computer is directly connected to the internet/wireless router and my connect:amp and components are connected via wifi. All music streaming services are working properly, after some excellent expertise from Sonos support. Before I bother them again on this problem I’d like to try to resolve it myself, if that’s possible. Can anyone offer a suggestion?

It is correct (i.e. the same as the spotify website) on our phones (and on CR200s). On the Mac S1 controller, it is a random bunch of options like “Listas populares de los 80” and “Discover more from David Bowie”. Different again on PC S1 Controller e.g. “Meer van wat je leuk vindt” and “Vos mix preferes”. Have un and re installed controllers - no change. Grateful any help to resolve. Thanks.

Hello I have a Sonos connect that is in another room, cabled into an amp powering multiple ceiling speakers.  can anyone suggest a remote control I could use for the connect to simply adjust the volume. I can use my phone, but was after a way to have a remote to adjust the volume that can be picked up by anyone.  thanks. 

I have 2 homes, with a different wifi network in each.  (Actually, 2 in each, using extenders.)We have an old Sonos system which requires the Sonos 1 app on one of the networks.  We have a newer Sonos One (voice activated) which works on the Sonos 2 app on the Wifi network in our vacation home.I have a new Sonos One SL and a new Sonos Roam, which I would like to configure in one home, but then move to the other.  I can’t add them to the Sonos 1 app because they are not compatible.Can I create a new connection for the Sonos 2 app, using a network in my main home, even though it’s currently configured for the vacation home?Am I even making any sense?

So today I went to play music from mycloud service  (that I was forced to use after I couldn't  access my music  library)Now all that's coming up is "mycloud home" unable to browse musicReally had enough of the mycloud sonos combination What nas drive will work with sonos S1 ? Thanks 

How to access playlist?  Shows available but will not play.  We have gone to system preferences/security privacy/privacy tab/full desk access.  It still doesn't work.  What should we do? 

I am requesting some feedback for a recent problem I have encountered with my iTunes music playing on my Sonos system. Two weeks ago, I encountered the following message-the song is not encoded correctly-when playing some music on my iTunes playlist.  The problem does not appear to be widespread as I can play from my music library w/o encountering this situation.  However, I don’t know the extent of problem as I have nearly 20K music files in my library.  The problematic files have the same file extensions as these that Sonos still recognizes-mp4.  At this point, I am using roam, arc and port as my Sonos sound backbone.  Any thoughts?  Thanks.

I have two homes, one with Sonos first generation products and the 2nd home with newer generation Sonos product.  If I keep the first home on the gen1 app, can I just set up the 2nd home on the new app but use my same Sonos account for both apps.  Looking for any suggestions as to how best utilize my Sonos products at both locations.  Thank you.

Had sonos linked to a Spotify premium account for about 5 years now & having upgraded I now get adverts playing utilising my premium Spotify account!! How can resolve this annoying situation??

I’m in the Sonos Beta version of the app and suddenly cannot play Pandora. I’ve tried quitting the Sonos app, removing Pandora and adding. I’ve authorized it today several times. The problem is on iPhone, iPad.The SONOS app on my laptop will not update.

I haven’t seen this exact problem mentioned, apologies if I just missed it.I have an issue where only some of my music library files will not play on Sonos. If one of the “bad” files is in the queue, it will play the first few seconds, then switch to the next file. Often these occur in clumps, where several files in a row won’t play (but the rest of the files from the same album will). As far as I have been able to tell, once the problem is occurring, it’s always the same files that won’t play, but the problem is intermittent (for example, a set of files that I couldn’t play yesterday are working fine today). The same files always play fine using other apps such as VLC or Rythmbox (Linux). I have seen both OGG and MP3 files exhibit the issue. To control my system I use the Sonos S2 controller running on a Windows 10 system, or the Android app running on various devices. In each case the music files are being accessed from a Samba server (SMB) runni
