For the past 3+ months, I have been unable to add Telmore as a music service.

I keep receiving this error:

“Fejl

Beklager, vi oplever i øjeblikket problemer med adgangen til servicen.”

Which translates to: "Error. Sorry, we are currently experiencing problems with access to the service."

 

I have attempted to update the Sonos App and even uninstalled/reinstalled it, but it dod not solve the issue.

What should I do?" 

Make a diagnostic and call Sonos? Maybe contact Telmore too?


For other people who have also problems with Telmore Musik and Sonos, it's a general problem that Sonos is working on.

There is no news on when they expect it to be solved. ☹️
