I have a fairly extensive system but get buffering when streaming Deezer, Amazon, Apple despite reasonable download speeds of 70/80mbps. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.

WiFi Interference

Aswell as setting the fixed non-overlapping 2.4Ghz WiFi channel to either 1, 6 or 11 on the router, I would also set that bands channel-width to 20Mhz only.

If any Sonos devices are wired, then ensure the device is at least one metre away from any WiFi access point and set the SonosNet channel to an entirely different channel to the one in use by the router.
