Woke up this morning to the new app, I knew search was going to be a disaster as they've been pushing the "new" search before that is clearly much worse than being able to simply pick what you are searching for and seeing only those things (albums, songs etc).However it's even worse than I imagined. It always shows results from BBC first now, even after setting You Tube to preferred (no way to order beyond put this one first) and You Tube never shows any results, either on my library or the main thing.I've reorthorised the account, didn't make any difference.  How do I fix this? Can't believe an app update has bricked my expensive sound system. 

Hi Sonos,After uninstalling, unplugging, and removing functions within the app.  Nothing works again.  I've never had a problem before and I cannot enjoy my music or options with my Sonos.  Looking for some help to see what and when is this going to be fixed. 

Since the update Sonos has lost connection to my music library and will not reconnect. All I get is an error message saying “Sonos was unable to add the shared folder”

I use Lutron Pico audio remotes to control my Sonos devices. The Lutron app allows you to select a speaker and a Sonos favorite to play, which is stored on the remote’s favorite button. A couple of weeks ago the Lutron app began displaying a Sonos favorite that no longer exists. The favorite can’t be deleted or removed using the either the Lutron or Sonos app.This is an issue because the phantom playlist has broken the playback functionality from the Lutron audio remotes. The remote is designed to cycle through your saved favorites and the system will stop playing (or won’t start playing) when it comes to this non-existent playlist.I’ve contact Lutron tech support and they weren’t able to help. There must be some way to get rid of this ghost playlist.

Does anyone know when the 50 Spotify playlist limit issue will be resolved? Ever since the “update”, I can’t see all of my Spotify playlists using my iOS devices.

When using Amazon Music, only the first 20 songs or so can be played.When I go beyond that in My Library Of songs and try to play a song.It always comes up "something's wrong"

Why is the new app removing basic functionality??!!  For example when I go into Tidal on the Sonos app now and select Artist Radio I can’t add that as a playlist anymore.  I can only select individual tracks from the list!!  I can still do it on the windows app :D

SONOS are a disgrace. Their new App has destroyed many loved features. One feature I used daily and is now no longer accessible was access to my Local Music Library. Promises of fixing this seem to be insincere. What is the point of a music system that can’t access your music!Whilst the desktop version still shows my playlists, any local library song on the playlist is now greyed out and the playlist just skips to the next online music providers song which is on the playlist (Deezer etc) Attempts to add the library again via desktop are unsuccessful as the ‘NAS drive etc’ section under the ADD music menu can’t find the Local Library attached to my Router via the USB port in the Router (EE / BT router less than 1 year old). This all worked perfectly well before the May upgrade. Has anyone found a work-around? ************ SONOS YOU NEED TO FIX THIS ************I wont be purchasing any further SONOS products until t

We had workarounds to listen (most of the time), involving constant mobile reboots (almost hourly) but after being forced to update the app again last night, after multiple reboots of everything now I have:cannot play SiriusXM (which is our primary and constant Sonos use), app can see all the speakers and the music service, can see and select channels, but instead of playing get ‘something went wrong’ msg got music started on PC app (which could only see and play two of the speakers even though the mobile app could see all speakers), and when I opened the mobile app (after another reboot), could add the other speakers to play but still at a very loud volume which the app listed as -1 volume) cannot control the volume in app; speakers show volume of -1 but are loud and cannot be controlled by anything other than physically adjusting the volume button on each speaker Even after reducing volume on speakers manually, it creeps back upO

Hello, i noticed that after last major update the app has many issues.in my case specifically it gets stuck during booting.there is the logo fullscreen and stay there till either android kills the app because not responding or it actually starts but it takes a couple of minutes, in which I can't use the phone. my phone is a Xiaomi 9T running android 11.i had no problems since lastest updates.and now It's basically impossible to use my speakers. i already tried wiping data, cache, clean uninstall blabla.and googling the problem it seems a lot of users out there are having issues. what to do?

Some of my speakers are several years old, Sonos Ones and the old Sound Bar, but I also have the newer speakers and Beam, including Move. Is there an App out there that is compatible with my speakers, so that I can get rid of Sonos and the issues it causes with it’s inadequately tested updates?My issue is that my libraries, purchased tracks and albums, built over several years, have all disappeared. I have tried re-mapping them, but Sonos is unable to link to them now, stating error code 913. I contacted Sonos, who suggested I just use my 2 Airplay speakers! I escalated the issue and Sonos replied to me, suggesting that the issue is the age and older version of my MacBook. However, my Mac was purchased earlier this year, so is brand new and running on the very latest version

How do I remove the recently played area from my IOS app Home Screen?  Every time in click on one of the icons I get an error message along the top of my screen that something went wrong. I seem to be getting that a lot. 

I'm going to update the WiFi password (due to some requirements of other products I own) and I want to change the WiFi-password on my Sonos system pro-actively beforehand (after reading about all the issues with changing WiFi settings; and I know my Sonos devices are not compatible with what's written here: https://support.sonos.com/en/article/connect-sonos-to-a-new-router-or-wi-fi-network).Any way of doing that?

Hello 👋🏼 since the new app upgrade I’ve lost all of my radio stations they’ve disappeared! Very disappointed with Sonos as my speakers are now redundant ☹️. Does anyone know how I can get the stations back please? Mainly all stations within Ibiza Sonica, Ibiza Global radio, Blue Marlin Ibiza and Deep House Radio. Seems like Sonos gets more difficult to use every time it’s updated, seriously considering getting rid and going elsewhere. TIA

Hey everyoneI have linked my gmail account to SONO's. Problem is no playlists or any music comes up - i think becuase i have a youtube profile, within my gmail account, and SONO’s is pulling data from my gmail account, but not the youtube profile, if that makes sense. Within my Gmail account I have a youtube profile. When I open SONO's to play yotube music it pulls my gmail account, because that's the email that it is registered to, but doesn't pull my youtube profile associated with the account, thus no music/playlists are available. I can't figure out how to move my youtube profile back in to my gmail account. I cant figure out how to load my youtube account in sonos.I am going to get YouTube Premium, because i have a lot of saved music and playlists on youtube, but want to make sure this works first.

I can't see my own MP3 music files in the Apple Music App in SONOS browse. I want to listen to my own MP3s and I believe it should be through the Apple Music App?

Just bought a Sonos Move brand new (on sale clearing out old stock). Unbox and plug it in per instructions, download app and run through setup then says setup is complete.The app then says it found the speaker then says to needs to update. Everything to this point seems like it’s working, but then gives an error updating: “There was a problem checking for updates” no error codes or anything just that with a ‘try again’ button.I click try again then it comes back with “We couldn’t update your Sonos Move. Check you network connection and try again later.My network connection is fine, I’m a network engineer, everything else on the network works perfectly, but I know that sometime things get stuck and need a reboot to work sometimes. I reboot everything, reset everything, remove app and reload it, run through the entire process again and same deal. I have read several topics about the issue but…I can play playlists created with previous versions of the app from my Nas, with the new app update.I have now no possibility to create new lists, add to existing, update library or select and play music from Nas. I can only add services like radio and other streaming sources.Since I can play music (old playlists) from my Nas, The Nas setup is correct and working, or?Why is all the media library functionality gone?

3 days ago SiriusXM Canada stopped streaming -- “unable to play station” comes up.I revoved the service and tried to add it again and the message “A connection to SiriusXM Canada could not be made” comes up.Sonos issue?I was able to add SiriusXM (US).

Why does all audio services Amazon, apple, Spotify Sonos, etc. constantly skip EXCEPT Pandora. It plays flawlessly. I’ve followed other articles on steps to follow. Same results. I had a Boost and took it out, directly connected to a speaker. Love the system. Had this for years without issues. Now I just want to punch someone in the nose. 🤣.
