Sonos Support nothing working

I have been on the phone to sonos now for 1 hour 15 minutes and they told me the wait maybe 50 minutes. Since their new app etc my set up is not working. I have sonos playbar, sonos sub and 2 sonos 1’s. They worked perfectly fine and now do not want to connect. It connects the sonos play bar and then says it may not show up and restart but no luck. I connected it with network cable and it worked but the sub etc won’t connect. I honestly don’t know what to do anymore.

I’m having same issue. Did u get any help?

Same problem here.  Following.   System dropped my Move, Roam,  and Arc and will not let me reconnect them.   Getting the same error message.
