Hi there, we have one Sonos system in our house but two of us want access on our individual phones. I have logged in on both phones with the same profile but I can’t seem to connect the second phone to the system. Is it possible to have two different phones running the same system in one household? 

Yes, I’ve got about six devices connected to the same account in my household. 
Are both phones connected to the same WiFi band (eg is one on your 2.4ghz WiFi and the other on the 5ghz WiFi?) It shouldn’t really make a difference but if the Sonos is connected to one of those bands and only one of the phones is, it might not show up for one phone.
