This morning my app won’t let me sign in. If I fill in my details on the sign in page it simply takes me back to sign I. Page. It’s as if it doesn’t recognize the sign in. Won’t let me access my services either - Apple Music.
Help please.
this new app is truly awful!! I’ve had nothing but trouble since the “upgrade”

I’d like to look into this situation for you - are you able to submit a support diagnostic from the app? If so, please let me know when you have done so (but don’t share the given number here) and I’ll be happy to look into this for you. Thanks.
Before doing so, however, please ensure that your Sonos systems and Sonos apps are fully up-to-date. System: Settings icon » Manage » System Updates » Check for updates. App: go to App Store or Play Store and search for Sonos, update if available.
