My speakers are acting in a very bizarre manner. At any random point, day or night, they suddenly turn on and off in a quick fashion, like at a rate of 3 - 4 times per second. I have a video I can share if needed. When I open the app, it’s showing the music start and pause in a super quick fashion. I can’t pause it, change stations, or anything. If I try and turn the volume down, it goes straight back to level 15.. exactly. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, and resetting the speakers.. Within minutes it’s doing it again. Is there a fix to this, or did I just lose $400 at Costco?
I am using a New phone and haven't used my speaker for a while.I have connected my Sonos One SL to my wifi again and the app says I have suceeded, but when I want to use it it doesn't exist anymore. I have updated the app, shut the power of andrestartet my router. Can anyone please help me, what can I do?
Hey,I just added 2 Era 300 speakers to my Soundbar Arc and Sub Gen 3. I connected them to WiFi and set them up as surround sound speakers for the entire system. The problem is that when I play music, a movie (anything), the speakers intermittently cut out. They play sound in a pulsating manner. The router is in the same room and the WiFi signal is very strong. Do you know what could be causing this?
Hi,I am planning to buy an additional Sonos Five to the one I currently have to make a stereo pair. I definitely want to put them on stands but the price of stands is putting me off (£240 for a pair of Sanus or £200 for a pair of Flexson).However, I've found this budget option and wonder if they would be any good. So I purchased a Sub Mini from the US military Exchange store in Germany in March 2024. Yesterday the LEDs on my sub stopped working and I am not longer able to connect the sub to the app.I promptly connected Sonos support and asked for assistance. After going through the typical “have you checked the power plug” I finally was offered the have the item replaced. Oh, but wait, a few minutes later the agent said my sub mini was out of warranty. I purchase the item 10 months ago and I have a 1 year warranty.Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on what I can do? Should I get a lawyer?
I (stupid me) made a factory reset on my two old Play3 speakers due to problems with the stereo-setup. I therefore is forced to update (I think) both units and app if I want to add the two Play3 units to the system again. Will the system after the firmware update of the system be able function with android App ver. 16.1?
I’ve had Sonos speakers for some years. For the first time ever, when I switched on the TV, the sound came out of the Playbar as usual but the TV sound also came out of my Play 5 in the bedroom. I’ve muted it for the time being.Any idea what’s happened? Thanks.

HelloWe open a new store and are wondering what is the best option to setup our sound system.Facts:not native english speaking, sorry if some infos are not clear :) Room is 400 sqm (22meters x 18meters) no Party, just background music, but still with a little bit of a punch we could get some speakers of a closed restaurant (6x Play:3 + Sub) Question:Should we create 3 rooms with pairs each (Stereo) and group them together to get basically 3 Stereo setups (3 left / 3 right) or better group them all in 1 room (6x Mono)?does it sound better to have stereo sound even in a big room like this or is it not worth it? would three pairs be horrible due to possible timing differences between them? (delay of “the different rooms”?) Thanks a lot in advance for your help :)

I need to cut and re-splice my Sonos power cord to correctly mount my speakers. If the power cord is like any other cord -- say for a lamp or appliance -- this shouldn’t be a problem. But is there something unique about the Sonos cord that would make this operation a bad idea?
Hello, the Era 300s have arrived. I put the Era 100s in double Stereo in another room and as before connected in surround. I was amazed by a first test without trueplay of how they go. Audio track right for example everywhere by Flettewood Mac in Atmos is something incredible. A nice leap compared to the Era 100s. Then configured in stereo and to tell the truth they disappointed me. Lower sound less undivided. Re-set in surround with the beam 2 and the mini sub. Indeed the mini sub has gained strength with the Era 300s. Satisfied at the time of purchase.Remain the mistake Sorround vero best vs Stereo.Andrea.

I have a Play:1 below in the Kitchen where I can listen to the news, which is coming from the Roku Ultra to the Beam. I had the Play 1 on wifi - it is setting near the Orbis extender. It drops out now and then for a few seconds while the Beam continues to play. (I’m close enought to hear that Beam is still working.)The Orbis extender is connect via wifi to the router.I’m testing connecting the Play 1 to the extender with an ethernet cable.Is that going to cause issues? I have a Sonos Gen 1 system with the S1 controller. I want to add a subwoofer.or two. Can I add 2 subwoofers or more? Does the subwoofer need to be Gen 2 or Gen 1?
After a factory reset of 4 speakers, an update, and connection successful I get an error message " Unable to connect Try again later” for those 4 speakers but speakers I did not do a factory reset or software update are playing. I cannot add the other 4 speakers
I see there's a new CEO, but after once again getting the "No products found" screen even WHILE music is streaming on my Sonos Five through the mobile app, I'm giving up. I'm going to give the Sonos Five to my teenaged son to connect to his turntable, and I'm going to stream music through my Roku Streambar. That's right, I'm going to listen through a Roku device rather than the $500+ Sonos Five, because I cannot stand reconnecting my phone and the Five several times a week. The Sonos Ace look amazing, and I'm sure I'd potentially get a lot of use out of them on the commuter train I take to/from work, but there's no way I'm going to chance not being able to connect to the headphones. Life's too short for "no products found."

Hi, I have 2 Sonos speakers and a sound bar. Just had a new Internet provider and have managed to install one of the speakers to the internet. However can’t see from the App how to reinstall the other two as a Group. I’m sure it’s straightforward if you know!Cheers Roger
I have a Sonos Beam in my lounge, and a Play:3 in my kitchen.The two rooms are remote from the router (and there are thick walls between them all, so I have cabled into the two rooms from the router, and fed both cables into switches.From the switches I have then cabled into a TV and a Sky Q box in each room, and also cabled into the Sonos Products in each room. They are therefore all on the same SSID by hard wire.To allow me to have wifi in the lounge and kitchen, I have a TPlink access point in each room, which have been”cloned” with the same SSID.I have no problem walking between the three rooms with my I-phone, and wifi is automatically picked up in each room, with only one network showing available in each room (same SSID)However, when I run the Sonos app, and move from room to room, the total system is not shown; only each product in that room. I spent a long time on the phone with support, deleting and setting up a whole new system, but it doesn't seem to have cured the problem.
I received a dused Zoneplayer S5 and can’t get it to work. I got the S1 app but the player is not seen by the app. The power seems to be intermittent, the light comes on and then disappears. Should I try to reset it? But how?
