I am about to throw my sonos one devices out the window.

If i connect a device using Ethernet it appears in the app, as soon as i remove the cable it disappears.

It can detect all my devices but will not connect them, saying it cannot see my wifi network. I cant even see anywhere on the app to change the network or passwords. HELP, its driving me crazy

Here's how to set up a new network on Sonos: https://support.sonos.com/article/connect-sonos-to-a-new-router-or-wi-fi-network

This should work if your network adhere's to Sonos’ requirements: https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/sonos-system-requirements
