Have four ports. Three ports suddenly indicate disconnected, and one port indicates connected. Sound only comes from the port which says connected. I have not physically touched any of the four ports. 

Power down your Sonos, reboot your router.

Power up any Ethernet connectes devices then your wireless ones.

If this fixes things you may be seeing a common Sonos glitch, assigning all Sonos a static/reserved IP address from your router’s DHCP page and another power-cycle reboot should fix that.
