Hi, am a bit confused about this one. Have got hold of a CR200 off a mate, but the touch screen isn't working. Am looking to get 30% discount on a Beam but clearly can't integrate the CR200 into my Sonos setup....is there another way of doing this, via the serial number perhaps? 

I know this has come up multiple times but when searching in the forum, it doesn’t find the threads. Why is the SONOS app so awful? Honestly, it is the worst app I’ve ever used. Issues:Loading the app can take forever Playing a Sirius channel never works - it always says that channel is no longer available. I have to click another one, play it for a bit, then change to the one I want Some times it won’t play anythingI have spent a lot of money on all my SONOS equipment and I love the system. I am baffled by how awful the app is. Note: I had an android app and now back to apple and they are equally bad. The apple app might actually be worse.

Recently purchased and set up, Sonos Arc, Sub, One SL.All speakers work with Netflix, CD, DVD, music and film streaming and through my chosen radio station.I have Sky TV but NO SOUND works through any SKY program on one SL. Any ideas.

So I have my PS5 set to sound bar and dolby bitstream, but neither the 4k discs/streaming services apps such as appletv are showing the dolby symbol in the sonos app, when things are playing. My Series X is showing Dolby Atmos though with disc and streaming apps.  Is it just not supported by PS5?

I have 2 Sonos One SL speakers that were on a system at my office and now I have moved them to my house. I have tried the factory reset directions 5 times on this link below on each speaker…https://support.sonos.com/s/article/1096?language=en_US The light just slowly flashes white - never amber - then goes to solid white, then a few fast orange / red flashes then white again. 

Hi I have 2 Sonos 5 and I want to use them with my TV instead of buying a sound bar. Will the Sonos Port be the best option (more cost effective) to achieve this? Thanks

Have been listening to radio with no problems on my Play 1 and connect amp …..tried today and I get no connection as”server cannot be found”. I’ve tried everything!  I tried My Radio and others but no luck. …..reset router etc. Any ideas? 

When I play music via Spotify I can go to the next song by double tapping the play/pause button of my Sonos.Is it possible to switch between radio stations somehow in the same way?I have added 4 radio stations to “My stations” and would like to be able to switch between them without getting my phone out. 

Can the Connect Amp drive only 2 pairs of architectural speakers ?Only with the new Amp can do 6 ? TIA

I have had all 3 of my products linked to my original app for years. My wife left I changed system ownership, put wifi boosters in my house and when I did, randomly, my 3 kept working but my 1 and 5 aren't visible to the app. It doesn't allow wireless setup and I have factory reset both speakers and they still aren't visible. $1100 in stereo equipment that I am learning was designed proprietary to suck a degree it is literally the opposite of user friendly. Suggestions?? I'm thinking firepit at this point...

Hi, I want to control my Sonos system outside the range of my WIFI. Rather not open ports in router manually or have a unconvenient workaround. Is it possible to do this simple?

So I have Prime Video on my Firestick 4K, Roku Ultra - not the 2020 version, Chromecast built into my Sony Bravia. Jack Ryan always comes across as Dolby Atmos, on Fire Stick and Chromecast but other movies labeled Dolby Atmos don’t play in Atmos just Dolby Digital 5.1. Just wondering if it’s my system or is it just a fluke? 

Hi,I have a rather long room, with a TV on one end. I want to use an Arc for TV sound, but I feel it would need some extra speakers at the rear of the room to boost volume at that end of the room. There are actually two ceiling speakers at the rear end I could use.I’m not that interested in Dolby Atmos or Surround, I just want clear sound from the TV from the Arc at the front and the ceiling at the back. How would I accomplish that? Something like this - Arc direct to TV, Amp powering the ceiling speakers and somehow combine them in the software?Thanks,Eric 

Hello, my sonos one (gen 2) suddenly stopped working. As in I was listening to it in and suddenly it wouldn’t play the next song (I don’t know if it was inbetween songs or at the end of a song, I use spotify for my music streaming) and had compleatly shut off. No lights or touch controls working and no feedback at all. No connection within the app either. I’ve tried unplugging and replugging while holding pairing button (as to do a factory reset) but nothing happens at all, as well as restarting my router and plugging in a network cable. Has anything similar happened to anyone else? and if so how did you fix it?

So do you put the Sonos arc in the front of your entrainment center or the middle?

Are there any tips how to improve my Sonos connectivity? I have a play 5 and two Ones (stereo pair) in the lounge and a One in the kitchen.My internet is terrible and am forever losing connectivity to the different products.Any ideas will be much appreciated. 

I am torn what to buy. I am going to buy a Sonos system because I like the wireless option of it and Dolby Atmos. I have a medium size basement, my main priority for it is home theater for my 85 inch TV, but I also want it to be able to play good music the odd time. I want the best of the best. Do I go with the Arc, 2 subs, and 2 1's OR do I go with the Arc, 2 subs, and 2 fives? Home theater is the priority but music is important to me from time to time as well. What would you do and why? Will the fives take away from the home theater experience of it?

Hello,is anyone using Sonos Beam with a 2020 MBP 16 without optical port ?all I read is pointing to complicated solutions with a bunch of converters and cables.I would like to go for the Beam since I already own other Sonia devices but with all this complexity I am feeling compelled to go for another solution to get a 2.1 audio solution for my MBP.PS: Airplay does not feel like a good solution as it has lag

Hi, I have a gen 2 play 5 and am considering buying a second speaker to make a stereo pair.  The Play 5 doesn’t seem to be on sale anymore, so I am wondering if I could pair my existing speaker with the new 5?  Thanks.

It’s a long story but i want to use my Beam with my 2020 MacBook Pro which only has USB-C output. Sonos say this is not supported as Beam is made for TVs (with optical or HDMI-ARC output). I can hook it up via wifi but get a bad lag which can’t be cured. SO I got it working with following daisy chain: USB-C => HDMI adapter; HDMI => optical; optical => HDMI. It’s driving me nuts that it won’t just simply work with the USB-C => HDMI, as I understand that both USB-C and HDMI (from 1.4b) are supposed to support everything e.g. see this CNET report: “Dongles begone! HDMI Licensing has announced a new version of USB-C that has native HDMI support. That means you'll be able to connect compatible tablets, phones and laptops directly to a display without the need for a separate converter. Hi all After having spent the last 2 or 3 hours for an answer, I give up and come here to ask my question!I own a Philips 7300 series TV (exact ref is 50PUS7354/12) and plan to buy a Sonos Arc + 2 x One SL + Sub (3). Bought in november 2019.Given the cost I would like to make really sure those Philips TV actually have eARC HDMI ports.Everywhere it mentions ARC ports. However the TV supports Dolby Atmos, so I’m quite confused... Could someone confirm this information or help me to find it, before I spend this much money on the Sonos system :)Thanks!

Hi all,I am new in Sonos family. I am trying to configurate my Sonos ecosystem. My actuall configuration is like below:1. TV in living room + sat dekoder2. Zone Amplifilter Crestron C2NI-AMP 4x100 in rack in the office. 3. Place for 2 incelling speaker in living room4. Place for 1 incellin speakers in kitchenI would like to add to this setup:1. 2xZP90 and plug in to the Zone Amplifilter Crestron - it will be responsible for two zones: firs for the kitchen second one for incelling speakers in living room2. Additional to above I would like to install Sonoc ARC and plug in to TV using HDMI ARC I have few question to You: 1. Will it work correctly? 2. Will it be any voice delay between ARC and incelling speakers? Mainly i am interesting about any delays between incelling speakers in living room and Sonos ARC. This is the same room. 3. Ok so I've found and bought a Sonos Connect that's compatible with S2 (serial begins with 1607).Now to get some outdoor speakers. I don't have an existing system, so no amplifier to connect to. I want to do this on a budget at the moment so what's the best option? I thought I could get a pair of 'active' outdoor speakers as these have a built in amplifier. In theory they can be connected directly to the Connect right?

Expensive Sonos Beam Paperweight? Known Sonos Beam & Samsung UHD TV HDMI e-ARC & Optical Issues from Several Customers for Months/YearsIt would seem that if there is a known HDMI e-ARC and optical HDMI converter issue between Samsung UHD TVs and Sonos Beams and Arcs (two products) by numerous customers that have been reported and remained unresolved for months and years, then by this point some type of an official definitive resolution or determination would have been made so as to not waste the time of frustrated customers or tech support.If Samsung TVs are definitively incompatible then please just say so I can return my new TV. I have also contacted Samsung tech support about this issue. No word yet. One would think that senior management and software engineers would have elevated this to determine if there is a software, HDMI-CEC firmware, newer HDMI e-ARC cable or other solution.
